We had a reserved table of 18 for my mother’s 80th birthday. We were waited on promptly. Everyone loved their food. The service was very good. Our server checked on us often and catered to our every need.

We were greeted right away. The diner architecture is that of the 50’s style type.
They have the counter seating when you first walk in and then another dining area in the back with booths and some tables.
The staff was super nice and friendly. The breakfast menu is small but what we ordered came out really quick and was extremely great tasting.

Good place, take your wife or your girlfriend. You can eat real good out there for under $50. The service was very good today. She knew her job. I don’t know her name, but treat her good food came out pretty quick.

This place used to be top tier diner experience. But recently they have made some changes which has resulted in me deciding not to go back. The quality of food has declined in a short period of time. And the prices have increased. In addition to the prices increasing, if you pay with a card, you pay a 2% service fee. It would be worth it to me if the quality stayed the same. But it did not. One bright spot. The always perfect chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting is still 5 stars. (For now)

Sat in the diner car area. When a place isn’t clean, I question eating there. The sugar, salt and pepper shakers, and the dessert sign on the table were greasy and nasty. These are things that should be cleaned daily and as needed throughout the day. Considering the hours this place is open, there should be plenty of time for cleaning. The music is a bit loud and annoying. The service was good but the food isn’t as good as it used to be. The menu is deceptive when it comes to the burgers. Instead of a juicy, meaty burger, what you really get is a paper thin frozen McDonalds burger. Overpriced fast food.

I cannot believe this place actually exists!!! From its incredibly affordable pricing to all the homemade desserts I am so thankful for it to be so close to me!
I have celiac disease so there are not many places to eat so we tried tonight because of their new gf options! Their cooking process is completely safe from cross contamination and have plenty of offerings for sides too for gluten free! The server was very knowledgeable and helpful to navigate what was safe!

We are a family of 6 that frequently eats at Heisey’s. Last evening we stopped in the bar area for a table. Saw a vacant table for 6 and were about to sit down but two rude waitresses told us we could not sit there nor could we sit in the dining room. I proceeded to ask them where would you like us to sit and mind you this was at 5:20 pm they said they had no idea. Well thanks to Taylor the waitress who was delighted to have us in her area. Mind you this was not the first time this happened with the two waitresses in the bar area to us. Very frustrating. I know now I’ll never ever eat in
The bar if I see them working. Not sure how a restaurant can keep rude people employed working with the public.

Ordered the burger specials for pickup. Got 4 of them in total and every burger was absolutely horrible. They wouldn’t do anything to rectify the situation. Will never go back again. We used to eat there quite a bit. Shame how much the food and service went downhill. I don’t recommend this place at all. By the way, if the food is bad when you eat there, they still charge you for it even if you don’t have it replaced.
