Love the new remodel. Was able to get in and sit at the bar on a busy Saturday night. Tessa was awesome top notch service even though the place was packed. All of the staff we interacted with was super friendly and on point! Braised beef risotto and the cheese steak was mouth watering good! So happy yall are back in action again and I look forward to trying you other menu items! Welcome back and thanks again! All the

Yes, they are finally open with a brand new look! For you locals like me who remember their old menu and their old restaurant, it’s completely changed. I would now consider this more fine dining. Everyone in my party absolutely loved their food minus me. I just ordered something I normally wouldn’t order but was trying something new and it just wasn’t my jam. I wouldn’t order it again BUT I will definitely be back and order something different next time! We all shared their desserts so we could all try them! Their desserts are out of this world and big portions. I hate ordering an expensive piece of dessert and getting a slice of cake the size of my pinky so I was thrilled to see the desserts! As far as pricing for people that care about what they spend, I would say you’re probably going to average $40-50 a person, that’s taking into consideration drinks. Frankly, when I go out to eat, I’m paying to not have to cook and clean up so I couldn’t care less what I pay for GOOD food.I was a little sad not to see any Bridger brewery beer on their menu since it’s the closest brewery to them but saw that they are supporting some other local breweries which I appreciate. The service was absolutely phenomenal! I think our server’s name was Destiny? She was so sweet and very personable. You can tell she loves her job, which is refreshing to see. If you made it through this entire review, go try the “new” place! It’s worth it!!!

Been eating here for a long time prior to the new owner, new menu. Remodel is ok but it gives “cafeteria lighting” and the interior design doesn’t flow with the different color ways and the art and sea-foam wall. Seems to be geared to a high-end clientele which is strange for a mall setting and the food offerings.
Sandwich was dry and lacked seasoning and flavor, same with the herb rice.
Seems pricey for basic food. Our hostess was great and server was good as well. Doesn’t seem child friendly.

The food was really good but our server Destiny made it really great. It’s been a long time since I left somewhere feeling happy and tonight my wife and were very happy. Great vibes from our server and from ownership and staff. Will be back soon.

Decided to come check it out after the place being closed for so long- really nice ambiance and they did a great job with the remodel. Our server Brynn was fantastic, really friendly and very attentive. The food was good but not stellar- we will come back and try some other things on the menu!

Waited an hour for a cold raw steak. Fries were cold, kids chicken strips were hilariously over cooked. I’m trying to give a bit of grace with them reopening and retraining staff, and the manager and server were both really nice and also frustrated with the kitchen. The Bay was our favorite place to eat, so we’ll try again and update the review when we do. Also, $9 for butter noodles on the kids menu is perhaps the most preposterous thing I’ve seen in a while.

We went to The Bay and got sat at a table, and this guy with messy shoulder-length hair comes up to us and says if we have a problem to come to him. That was how he introduced himself. Not welcoming, not friendly, just weird. He took our drink order and then disappeared.
We sat there for 20 minutes. No drinks. No water. No check-in. We never saw him again. At that point we were just sitting there wondering if we were invisible. Finally we had to get up and grab a manager from the front because no one was taking care of us and our original server never came back.
Breena was the manager who helped us, and honestly she completely turned the experience around. She got us our drinks right away, apologized, and had a new server take over our table. From that point on everything was smooth. The new server was attentive, the food came out great, and we actually ended up having a really enjoyable time.
It just shouldn’t have taken tracking down a manager to get basic service. If it weren’t for Breena stepping in and fixing everything, this would’ve been a totally different review. Thankfully she did everything she could to make it right, and the rest of the night and the food were great. Glad to see the Bay return with good management.

It back open!!!!! It is worth the long wait, the kitchen is bigger, they have new seating and menu. The new menu was tough to decide on which new dish I was going to try. We will be back
Have been coming here for many years. Not many people know about this because it’s attached to the mall. This is a great place to have a drink before a movie, shopping or after. Their menus is quite diverse so it’s easy to please lot of different flavor pallets.

We had drinks and dinner after seeing a movie. The place was busy, but we chose to sit inside since there was no wait. Seating options include traditional height tables, tall tables, booth seating, bar seating and outside patio seating. The area was small but super cute!
We got fried pickle spears, which were fantastic! Hand breaded and slightly spicy. The calamari starter was also lightly breaded in house and were a favorite. Easy to tell that all the accompanying sauces were made in house as well and we’re delicious.
my daughter got the Flank Steak BLT, loved it! She is a picky eater. The Cesar Salad was traditional but fresh and tasty. I loved the baked french onion soup! My husband ordered the Honey Garlic Chicken Sandwich and really enjoyed it. We all particularly enjoyed the Sweet Potato wedge fries. The menu also includes plenty of higher end dishes which I plan to try. This restaurant would make a great date night spot.

We were hungry and arrived 15 minutes before the kitchen closed, so we ordered quickly from a large menu. My wife had the Roasted Walnut Bleu Cheese salad, and I had the French Onion Soup and the Braised Short Ribs. Everything was delicious. We loved the French Onion Soup, the broth was so rich and flavorful. My ribs were topped with a mashed Butternut Squash and Carrot concoction, which was absolutely devine. Perfectly seasoned. I wanted more! The ribs were wonderful and cooked just right, not overcooked and dry but tender and moist. The portions were generous. Our waitress was new, but her suggestions were helpful and she was attentive. Everyone was charming and engaging. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and is beautifully apportioned. It was a very nice dining experience overall.
