Love this place for Ice Cream and visit often. If it weren’t for the Ice Cream that we like I would not return. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I am giving 4 stars because we love to go here and it has always been a great place. However, the employees need to be taught customer service etiquette if they are going to continue working in the customer service industry.

The photos in my review don’t do justice. I got 2 scoops and in the photos what you see is half of what was included. Great Ice Cream, Huge Scoops and such friendly people working there. One of the best Ice Cream places I have visited. Highly Recommend! Had the Blueberry Cheesecake and Chocolate Peanut Butter and Wife had Chocolate. We loved it!

Hit the Klines Trifecta this past weekend in Harrisonburg: three different Klines in three days. Each one has a different flavor that changes weekly. Chocolate peanut butter, raspberry, ang raspberry cheesecake. All were really tasty, and I’d get each again. The favorite was the choc pb. Klines is a must stop whenever we’re in the area.

Very good ice cream and I loved that they are open late. People are lining-up to get a taste of this local ice cream. Plenty of parking spaces, friendly servers, and a nice area to sit-on while enjoying this cold delicious ice cream.

Advertisment says that this had dipped ice cream but it is soft serve custard in a cooler that they hand dip. It’s not bad but not what I was expecting. The day we went they had four flavors: chocolate peanut butter, key lime pie, vanilla and chocolate.

Customer Feedback – 9/29/25
I’m not usually the type of person to complain, but tonight I was denied toppings on my ice cream. The employee told me there was no way to charge for a topping of wet nuts, which didn’t make sense to me. On top of that, the interaction felt rude and not polite.
This was the first time I’ve ever chosen not to leave a tip.

Excellent custard ice cream! Three locations in the Harrisonburg area. Select homemade flavors are available depending on the day of the week & location. Salted caramel crunch w chocolate covered pretzels was one of two flavors today. I had a root beer float. So good & filling.

I’ve visited here at least a dozen times. Today wasn’t a good visit. I ordered a banana split with whipped cream. Just like it says on the menu. They left the wet nuts off the banana split. When I pointed it out and asked for the wet nuts they said I’d need to throw away the ice cream so they could remake it. The banana split couldn’t be handed back in the window. I asked for the wet nuts in a container handed through the window and I’d put them on it myself. I was told they couldn’t do that according to company policy. Not sure why this was such a huge deal. It should have been as simple as putting nuts in a small container and handing them out the window. I ended up eating it without the nuts to keep from throwing it away and holding up the line. I’ll be sure to check before it comes through the window next time.
