We absolutely love the Basement in Twinsburg. Their food is amazing!! Wings are great and they have thee best pizza!! Another favorite is the gyro Philly..I mean you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!! They also have a small private party room available which we booked for my daughter’s 16th birthday lastyear!! Staff is amazing and friendly. Highly recommend.

Marina was our server and was very professional, polite and made our overall experience amazing. She was very attentive and made sure our orders were correct and checked in on us throughout our meal. I’ve been to The Basement a bunch of times, and every single visit has been awesome — mostly thanks to Marina, who is hands-down one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had anywhere.
The Basement is a solid sports bar — great food, plenty of TVs, and the kind of atmosphere that’s perfect for game nights or hanging out with friends. But what really makes it stand out is the service, and Marina is a big part of that.
She’s always on top of everything — friendly, fast, and somehow manages to keep up with a packed room without ever making you feel rushed. She remembers regulars, their orders, and even which team they root for. I’ve seen her juggling multiple tables during a playoff game, smiling the whole time, and still managing to check in and make sure everyone’s drinks are full.
Marina just has that perfect mix of professionalism and personality. She’s funny, she’s genuine, and she clearly cares about her job. You can tell she takes pride in making sure everyone has a great time — whether you’re there for wings and a beer or staying all night for the big game.
If you ever stop by The Basement, do yourself a favor and sit in Marina’s section. She makes you feel like you’re part of the place — and in a world of rushed service and fake smiles, that’s rare.

I had a blast for my 21st birthday in the basement. Everyone was really nice and I even made a few friends with the staff and customers! The place clean and everyone is super nice! Joe at the bar was awesome! They have karaoke on Thursday, and it is just the best!
