This will probably be our last visit to a Taco Bell. The restaurant was very clean, modern, and efficient, BUT appeared hard, “cold”, lacked personal engagement, and emitted a feeling of detachment.

There was no menu display above the counter or person to take our order at the counter. There were, however, multiple touch screens to place our order. Being basically computer illiterate and not knowing what we wanted to eat, the whole situation made us want to go elsewhere.

A very kind and compassionate associate cleaning the dining area, saw our reaction and came promptly to our aid.

Not knowing what was even offered on the menu, we just ordered 6 small, hard-shelled tacos and 2 beverages. Our bill was more than $24!!

As a senior citizen, human interaction is a vital component of dining out. Cost of a meal is another priority. The food was still Taco Bell good, but portions were small.

This was truly an awful experience. The food was not well made, and the care for the food was also terrible because they smashed all the food down and just put it in the bag and gave it to us. And we were charged for large drinks, but only received small. And one of the drinks that was given was clearly the wrong drink and also it tasted like the filter hadn’t ever been changed so I had to throw it away. Overall, I will probably never go back to this location for any reason or purpose. At this point, just make the tacos yourself at home and save yourself the heartache. How you guys only have five ingredients and still managed to mess it all up I will never know.

This used to be my favorite Taco Bell. Now they are trash and have been for a while now. Knowing I’m paying over $30 for food an the food is garbage. My orders are always wrong. They always leave out items and even though I am paying for extra items they barely give enough for the amount of many being charged. I just had a nacho belle grande I asked for extra cheese and meat and there was no extra although I was charged for it. Paying for peppers and I only got 4 peppers is just silly. I’m positive the chips were burnt as brown and burnt tasting as they were. The tacos are made with zero care. They are always sloppy and throws the food in the bag so sloppy. The cinnamon twist had zero cinnamon and tasted like old grease. I honestly don’t even know why I still go here from time to time hoping it will be better. I just paid over $30 for a kids amount of food this reeks!

Hard to rate atmosphere when the order is just wrong or the food is bad. Service is fine I guess, the person at the window doesn’t have much to mess up. It’s the people in the grill- idk if management is telling them to go easy on all sauces or what. But it’s getting to where I just don’t wanna go to Taco Bell at certain locations anymore.

I went here this evening and got some value menu stuff. I waited a little longer but not terrible-which made me think maybe they did it right.

The cheesy bean and rice is simple and the sauce basically pulls it all together, but they always skip a sauce, sub for chipotle, skeet on both or something

This time i bite into it,
It’s cold, and all bean. I taste a hint of the cheese sauce, like as soon as that gets cold i know it lessens, but the creamy jalapeno was not anywhere. It was nasty. Pic attached.
The chicken burrito had a whole end of just chips and tortilla, which are basically the same thing. I open it up (pics attached) and the chicken is absolute bare minimum- and there’s no sauce. The sauce makes it!!!

The chicken enchilada burrito didn’t have red sauce. Blech. The sauce cup had been turned upside down for whatever reason (definitely not by me) and it was only half full to begin with, so of course half of that just sticks to the lid.

Why would I buy a more premium item if they can’t get the small stuff right. And i’ve gotten plenty of premium items that were bad too. The ppl in the grill hide under anonymity. I hate it. Have some pride. If the system is bashing you that hard that you’re bitter, at least get them back by serving big portion sizes or something. Or if it’s the Taco Bell execs, i wanna know. It’s annoying because I can go in during lunch rush and they will all magically put sauce on everything.

Also I called the store three times and they never answered.

Edit: in regards to issues at other taco bells here is another issue
as long as this glitch exists, I will review them negatively until someone fixes it- but they literally block you from complaining on the website. There are multiple glitches and at the time of writing this the submit buttons remain permanently grayed out no matter what you fill out. Also, I’ve waiting for the complaint line to pick up the phone for 20 min now. Almost any taco bell you go to nowadays is like this. Go at your own risk.

They’re so rude and incompetent here. Ordered 2 supreme chx chalupas and a crunchy taco. One chalupa had NO MEAT and the other only had 1 piece. The crunchy taco was almost all lettuce. When I came back to the counter to show them they told me I was racist and all turned their backs to me and loudly talked about how ugly and white I was. Will be calling corporate.

Feared for my life… I am a business owner in the area. On Friday 9/26 a little after 2pm with my child in the car, I’m reading the updated menu. I came for nacho fries that are now removed and I’m reading the menu. I assume the young lady greeted me on the speaker but in 99 degree weather my window was up. When I did attempt to place my order a young man comes on the speaker and says “ima need you to respond when we say something to you”… I was so caught off guard that I immediately apologized and said “oh I’m sorry there isn’t a line I was trying to get my son’s order together”… I asked why they where being so rude and disrespectful and he said “get out the line now I’m not serving you. You don’t get no Taco Bell today”. I just knew this had to be a kid or someone playing on the speaker so I pulled off. As I’m attempting to exit the parking lot the young man is now running up behind my car with his man purse and camera recording me and yelling for me to never come back to his Taco Bell. My son is crying and I am trying to understand why Taco Bell isn’t just using AI at the speaker. Why this employee came out the building to harass me. The attitudes of this power couple at the drive thru will ensure that me and no one else in my business one mile away comes back to this Taco Bell. Be Aware of the boy with the purse. I hope management reviews the video and gives me a call.

I stopped by this taco bell every wednesday after my doctor’s appointment.Half the time, I come, they say that the system is down.And they are not accepting any orders, or that you can only come into order.Because they are not accepting drive through orders or they give you the wrong items or the wrong drink. It is incredibly rare for this location to get your order, correct or be open.And it’s the middle of the day.I’m not quite sure why a taco bell is not available to serve tacos at two thirty on a wednesday. If you look at my profile, you can see, I usually only give five stars.So please recognize that me giving one star is a big deal. I’m very disappointed. Taco, bell, pay your workers more. Give them more support.
And provide your customers with the product that they expect during business hours.
