We had the best time here listening to Billy and the Curley Brothers. We were vacationing for the weekend and this place was full of locals having a grand time – everyone was extremely warm and friendly. You know it’s a party when the bar tender takes a break to get up and line dance.

Wonderful place for a band and work some dance moves. Quite the number of drinks and liquors on hand. Not a lot of food BUT just about all the restaurants in the area will deliver there so it works out fine. Went for this recent 2019 New Year’s Eve part and it was fantastic. The Woodshredders were great.

We are in the area for vacation, and decided to stop here as we have been to every restaurant in the lower portion of Harper’s Ferry. We called prior to going, the voicemail message advised that light food options are available including pepperoni rolls and chips n salsa. As we were trying to order our drinks, a local was determined to talk to the bartender about personal issues. Our drinks were good, there were no pepperoni rolls, and the chips and salsa were potato chips and jars of salsa. As we were trying to pay our tab with the bartender, a local came to the bar interrupting us by slurping his empty drink through his straw like a needy child. I cannot say that we would consider coming back if we ever come back to town. So disappointed…

Interesting bar with a cozy automosphere. They periodically have some special events that are fun and festive and typically live music every Thursday. The bar has a nice selection of beer and pub fare appetizers. The front porch is frequently turned into a beer garden.

Interesting place, I met a bartender that didn’t know drink recipes and a singer that couldn’t sing. The attitude of the employees and the atmosphere are what makes this place special. Thanks to all that contributed to an overall good experience.
