The sandwiches at this location are consistently disappointing. They’re much smaller than advertised nowhere near six or twelve inches and the bread is very thin. My orders are rarely made correctly, and the last sub I received was the final straw: the bread was hard, the lettuce had brown spots, the vegetables were piled on while the meat was barely there and sliced paper-thin, and there was even a mold spot on the cheese. I ended up throwing the entire sandwich away. I won’t be returning to this location again. The owner doesn’t care, I’ve made a complaint and nothing was done.

Sandwiches are very small. I’ve been eating Subway for over 30 years so I’m extremely accustomed to the norm. Sandwiches from this location lately appear to be the 6 or 12 inch in length but the bread is very thin and not as wide. It’s not tall and fluffy like it should be. Today our bread was undercooked which gave it a gummy texture. On top of the bread being about 1/3 less size than usual, the workers are stingy with the meat and veggies, resulting in a very small Subway sub. Prices have skyrocketed so it’s like being scammed when you have 1/2 less food. The meat and veggies today appeared to be about 1/2 the norm along with the bread being smaller so it looked ridiculous. They need to be charging half price if they’re only giving 1/2 the food. You can eat a $14-16 footlong and still be hungry. It’s absurd. I’ll be reporting this location because they’re scamming customers by not serving full sizes.

I truly wish that we as customers could leave negative star reviews cause the atmosphere and service has been the worst of all subway experiences. I have been to probably 20 different subways and this one beside Roger’s Dabbs Chevrolet in Brandon mississippi is the worst of them all tonight March 8th 2026 at 955 pm. We have been sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes and still not got our food. It took 25 minutes for 2 cars to move through the line before we could even get to the window. First we tried to go in but they had already locked the door even though the sign on the door amd online also both said they close at 10pm. No lobby hours just close at 10pm. Now we are at 35 minutes amd still no food. Just waiting. They sound like they absolutely hate working here and so much more. Worst experience at this location in the probably 10 times that I have been here.

If you live in the Brandon area, please do not visit to this Subway location. This Indian woman with short black hair was incredibly rude to me from the moment I walked in the building and placed my order. Completely unprofessional behavior coming from this employee. As I’m ordering my sandwich, she mumbled under her breath and called me a ‘stupid girl.’ Will not be returning to this location in the future.
