Stopped by for the first time for lunch. Friendly greeting as soon as I walked in the door.
The bar occupies a large portion of the room, but there is plenty of seating. They have daily specials and a pretty decent menu as well.
I had to try the tenderloin and waffle fries as these are two of my favorite things.
The food took a little while to come out, but it was absolutely worth the wait. The meat was well seasoned and breaded, thick, and juicy.
The fries were crispy and delicious.
The waitress made sure my drink was never empty.
All in all, it’s a great place to stop. Next time, I want to try their horseshoe.

This is an awesome spot to grab a bite to eat and make memories. In the back, you’ll find adult games, such as pool, shuffleboard, and darts. The Touchtones jukebox adds to the fun by letting you play your favorite tunes. ere are slot machines available too!

I will admit i am 18 years old, but the staff there were very respectful and let me chill in there for a few hours! They had quite a menu for people that aren’t 21+, I would highly recommend this establishment as I felt very warmly welcomed! They even checked up on me often to make sure I was taken care of. I love it!

I had the home fries and the broccoli, cheddar bites, and my husband had the hamburger and the straight cut fries. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. We will definitely order again! Great prices, too!

Me and my wife went here. Great food great atmosphere. Good music very friendly bar tenders! We’ll definitely be coming back and would definitely recommend! We left to try the bar in Farber out. Ended up coming back here because the bar tenders and atmosphere was so much better they actually know how to make drinks! The only thing is I wish there was a little bit more room when playing pool! That’s my only complaint!

The Bar Code was a big let down of a bar in Vandalia. Food was overcooked, the service was poor and did not have glasses so mix drinks were served in red solo cups. Will not be going back, and would recommend everyone else to do the same.

Always treat me great, and the food is always good. I would recommend trying it if in the area. If you prefer non-smoking, it’s probably not for you.
