Delicious lattes. Tasty and fresh bagels and warm cookies. Service was a tad slow but everything was fresh, so it’s worth it. The atmosphere could be a little better if it was on the main road rather than on the middle of a strip mall parking lot. We will return then next time we pass it on the highway.

Guys, this is the best place ever. We are traveling and often it’s hard to find a good coffee. Not only was my coffee excellent, so was my husband berry blast smoothie! And that’s not even the best part.
Long story short, we have our granddaughters toy dragon in the car with us. She told us to take good care of “Spicy “ and be sure to feed her. The guys at ellianso took care of us. THANK YOU ELLIANOS!!! We appreciate you so much!!

I’m only giving 4 stars because my drink was not as full as I would like (see pics). I paid a $1 up charge for heavy cream and would have expected it to be a little closer to the rim for the price I paid.

I love Elliano’s but this staff is not the same. I waited in the drive thru for over ten minutes watching the employees constantly walk past me (mind you I’m black). And then they sent the black guy to serve me after the white girl walked away. She was at the window for the longest and I know she seen me. Unacceptable! The line was extremely long and they were only servicing one lane. This is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional as the line grew longer and longer. Please get new employment. I will be contacting corporate as well.

They really need a system in place for mobile orders. Even if your order is ready you have to let it sit there until you get to the window. Might as well just order at the window instead of letting your coffee melt or get cold whichever you ordered is just sitting on the counter until they make all the orders ahead of you in line.

I’m not sure why I cannot post another review for this place, but this is another visit I’m reviewing. I’d like to comment on how nice the staff is. I ordered a latte and received an iced latte as I had not specified a hot latte and they made it right for me without question. I really appreciate it you guys! My go to coffee spot.

I have never ordered any food, only coffee. The ladies are always nice, and they get to know you and that in turn that builds a relationship. I LOVE when they see me in line and someone in front of me has ordered food and they have my coffee ready when I roll up to the window. Customer service like that is why I keep coming back. I do wish the owners would put a pull up policy in place for food ordered. It is not the ladies’ fault, but I have waited as long as 12 minutes just to order a coffee that takes less than 2 minutes to make.
