We went there on a Friday for an early supper. It was loud; therefore, we couldn’t converse well, and wanted to rush through dinner for the sole purpose of giving our ears a little rest from the loud noise of people. The food was edible but the bread, fish, and fries lacked flavor. Our waitress was kind and did her job well.

We were at Cedar Lake for a banquet. They had a bar and service was good and drinks were excellent. The meal was a buffet with prime rib and baked cod for the main course. The baked cod was outstanding and the prime rib was very good – sides were also all good. We need to come back for dinner sometime.

Usually I think very highly of The Bar and Grill at Cedar Creek. The food is always spot on, and the service is usually prompt and friendly. It’s close to my house, and I would consistently rate it at 4 to 5 stars
But, my rating of my experience last night would be a One star. Actually if 0 was an option, I would have chosen that.
I took my kids there last night for a bite to eat. We pulled in around 6:15, and I was pleasantly surprised at the small amount of vehicles in the parking lot. Typically the lot is packed, on a weekend evening. We walked in and sat at a table in the dining room. There wasn’t much of a crowd, so I’m thinking we would be in and out in no time. I was wrong!
We sat there for over 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. A group of 4 who came in after us, had a waitress there immediately. While we’re still waiting for a menu. Finally someone bought menus, and took our drink order. 10 more minutes go by. No drinks, and nobody to take our order. So after 20 minutes, we just got up and walked out.
I would understand waiting that long, if the place was packed, and would have no problem with it. But last night crowd was one of the smallest I’ve ever seen on a weekend. A very poor crew was on duty!!!

This was very good service and pleasant atmosphere at a nice golf course facility. Fish special was quite good and the mahi mahi was blackened and perfect. A lot of good, reasonably priced food.
