We stopped by Stello’s after the Wyandotte 5k and Christmas parade at the food truck rally. There were many options of different types of food trucks, but we were intrigued by Stello’s menu and fair price point. I ended up getting the #4, PBB, and my husband got a #5 the fatty melt. Originally my husband wanted one of the loaded fry options, but they weren’t offering those/ran out. Ordering was easy, staff was friendly and kind. This was our first time eating Stello’s and to our surprise, it was incredible. The burger to bun ratio- perfect. The bacon jam and peanut butter combo and amount of each-perfect. The cheesey fatty melt -perfect. Made with love! Three things that weren’t perfect, but didn’t impact our great experience….1. The menu was by QR code, nothing posted on the truck or in front. If we didn’t have a leisurely morning, we probably wouldn’t have even stopped to check them out. 2. Card reader was impossible to see. Not sure if I left a $1,$10 or $100 tip. It’s attached to their order tablet so couldn’t be moved to see better. It’s mostly just a lighting issue, if you guys somehow add a little curtain to block the sun on the back part of the tablet, you’d be fine. 3. Somewhat felt like a long wait for the small amount of orders ahead of us. Honestly, it wasn’t anything substantial 10/12ish minutes but just didn’t add up with the 1 order in front of us. Well be seeking you guys out again! Great food!!!!

My daughter and I stopped at the new Melvindale location for our dinner tonight. Tae was very welcoming and talked us through the menu. He told us to wait in the car and he’d bring it out to us( very kind of him bc it was cold and starting to snow). Didn’t take long at all, the food was fresh/ hot and seasoned very well. I took his suggestion and tried the classic as a bucket combo. My daughter tried the wake up call and the chicken bacon ranch fries. Tae had us take a bite to make sure it was to our liking and it was top tier. We will definitely be back, prices were fair, portions very generous, money well spent.

What an experience! I got the PBB with the wake and bake fries while my brother got the heat seaker and the oh canada fries. The PBB was different for obvious reasons, but it worked well! Everything paired together and was delicious. The fries were loaded with steak!
The heat seeker was really good as well. The heat seeker tasted exactly how you’d think, though, which theres nothing wrong with. Everything tasted like it was made with fresh ingredients as well as quality.
With all of that being said, I recommend everyone try stello’s. I have to come back another time to try a few other things.

Everything from here was great! I only put 4 on atmosphere because it’s a truck. I got the Stello Burger with fries and an order of Fried Cheese Curds. The burger was juicy and had great flavor. The fries were seasoned well and crispy. The cheese curds were light and fluffy with a nice light crunch. Get the Stello Sauce! It’s basically a thousand island but it’s the best burger sauce I’ve had from ANY of these other downriver burger joints. This may be my new burger spot. Price is very reasonable for a combo. No drinks but the liquor store behind you has you covered. 9.8/10 definitely a buy.

This food truck came to my neighborhood gas station in Rockwood and IT WAS AMAZING!! The fries were well seasoned throughout and the toppings were VERY generous! We got two burgers the Fatty Patty and Beu burger..the one with mushrooms and Swiss..the Fatty Patty was the star of the show but both were excellent. I hope we get to come here more often. Well worth the price!

Great spot to grab a burger! We stopped in for a drink at the store and decided to give them a try. I got the BLT and my worker got the wake up call burger. The food was phenomenal! Lots of flavor and super tasty. The fries were nice and crispy as well! They have solid prices and the guys were very accommodating. We are a small business and love to support other small businesses in the area. I would definitely recommend 10/10

Stello’s was out with their food truck for our son’s graduation party, food was excellent, the guys in the truck went above and beyond delivering food to people in our backyard when needed. All our guests told us how much they enjoyed the food. Highly recommend Stello’s, top notch the whole way!!
