I absolutely adore this place and the owner Melissa. She makes the best lunch meals around. And don’t get me started on the pastries, freaking mouth watering. You can also get catering and cakes done. Whenever I want a quick meal that I know will always be good, I come here. They also do a Daily Lunch Special that’s different for each day. If you’re ever in need of a bite, or just a good atmosphere, come to The Bakery.

Best cake tasting ever! Melissa is a wonderful baker and her bakery is so cute. She was friendly, and made it very easy to talk to her about my needs for my specific diet needs. She answered every question we had and helped us with our menu for catering our wedding. She became our number one pick for cake and catering all in one! She will always be our go to for our bakery/ catering needs! Well done Melissa!!

A small unassuming placd with a diner vibe in the best way, the best French toast I’ve had in a while-possibly ever- made with their own in house bread. Also tried the home fries and bacon, all perfectly cooked. Molasses cookie was good too, bought a selection of baked goods to take home for later too. Owner was running the register and greeted several customers by name, just a really good small town place. I was just passing through but I’ll definitely stop if I come this way again!

Only reason I gave 4 stars is they were almost out of food so I did get something I wouldn’t have gotten so we could have a bigger breakfast. Two of the four pastries were amazing.

Melissa is awesome! She catered brunch the day after our daughter’s wedding. Wow, it was delicious and fresh and exactly what we asked for. She and Liz were so professional and fun. We love going to the bakery for breakfast and lunch, and now we will always call her for our catering needs.

Made an appointment for a tasting for our wedding in February. Drove there and the owner was not there. Employee called her and she said she never got an email.back about flavors. First of all we discussed the flavors on the phone and never got an email. Just looked back to check to verify. She made an appointment for today and gave us a price for the tasting. Bottom line is we drove there and I believe she ultimately forgot. She had an attitude and accused us for the reason she wasn’t there mustakes happen own up to it don’t put the blame on other people. That’s why the 1 star review. We documented everything and the details were all wrote down. As a small business owner myself customer service goes a long way. Aggressively blaming us for your mistake cost your business another shot at us using you for our wedding.

Best desserts, salads and sandwiches we’ve had. Everything was super fresh and full of flavor. Owner was wonderful, pleasant, and a joy to talk to. Food was delicious. We tried a couple of different salads and sandwiches and they were phenomenal. Brought home a variety of baked goods and all of it was a hit with everyone in the house. Couldn’t ask for a better experience can’t wait to go back.
