Came to get breakfast. The employees acted as if it was a hangout. Floor at entrance was very slippery from grease build up. I get to the register and hear a loud thud. Look back and a elderly man had slipped and hit his head on the trash can. Not one employee moved.. the food looked old and the environment was negative throughout.

Waited patiently in line for 10 minutes inside. A supervisor told me someone was coming. She fixed herself some food and disappeared. This is a horrible way to treat customers!

Ok so let me first say the customer service was great from monesha. But my order was a breast and a thigh and a biscuit. Simple I received a thigh and leg . The issue is I oaid extra for the breast thigh combo .Just check your order before you leave .

There is a special of a 20 pc dark meat for $20. My family likes white meat as well so we paid over $50 to get white meat. And FULL sides. Our sides aren’t full, no Granny got the mashed potatoes AND GRAVY we ordered, and no chicken breast, just a couple of tiny wings. Definitely NOT worth the extra $30! We rarely go to this store because they always need up but thought we’d give them another chance. Mistake!

Went through drive-thru and was told to pull forward and they would bring the food out. Waited for ever before finally someone brought the food out. Next time I’m told to pull forward I believe I’ll just say I rather wait here . At least then I’ll know they won’t forget about me.

Congratulations on the worst Bojangles ever. Food looked old and dry rotten. Also, never have pintos. No I didn’t eat it neither just wanted to share a picture. This place has sucked every time I try to pick it up for dinner after working a very long day. Everybody that works here has been working there for awhile which is a plus. Honestly they are very nice. Let’s keep in mind good hot food is what they are there to serve it takes more than being nice. But I think it’s time to give everybody a rest now and move on to new employees that can get this place back selling great hot food and not over cooked food or food that’s just sitting out. This is the south you have to be able to have good Bojangles food. Maybe because no one wants to come because it has 3 stars. So, they never keep fresh food going out. It’s just the same old food. I’m done with this place. Indian Trail Bojangles is where I’m going.

This is the absolute worst Bojangles (Monroe,NC by Walmart)…everything was horrible. They gave me a cold and old piece of grilled chicken on a hard bun. It took every bit of 30 minutes to remake. The worst!!

I’m warning you now! The customer service is very bad! There was over 4 upset customers about the time it takes them to complete orders! I waited 25 min for min. I would have went somewhere else if I hadn’t already waisted 15 at this place! Then order was not even mine! I know people make mistakes but this is my 3rd time with same results here and I don’t have another close to my job. Guess I’ll have to see if KFC is any better, crossed fingers! IN MY PICTURE IS 2 tenders and cold hard fries! Lol watch your order.
