They served me old deli meat?? There were suspicious brown deli meats in my italian sandwich so I ended up eating only the bread, which was rough and dry… Also there was not enough lettuce.. We had also ordered the John Wayne sandwich which didn’t come with lettuce tomato onion so I guess you need to specifically ask for that….. Can’t speak for the bagels but the sandwiches are terrible so will not come here again…

Yeah I don’t think I will be back. 13.00 for a chicken salad bagel where the chicken salad tastes expired is definitely not good for your business. Just threw money out the door and have to go get something else.

As soon as you walk in all you see is cross contamination and the one man show of a “chef” cooks with his me glove and you guessed it, the hand without a glove was prepping the bagel. Their prices are higher than most places in town. There is a reason this place is always empty the guy is rude and will not take constructive criticism. He told me if I was not happy I could go elsewhere.

One of the owners working there is very rude and doesn’t know how to do business servicing the clients. Very surprised of how this guy still maintains the business. He acts like he has a chip on his shoulder. Food is not even that good for him to act like it but what are you gonna do? You’d better not go there to screw your day up because of some rediculous dude. His older brother is actually nice. Miserable human being…

While I will say I like their sandwiches, unfortunately, the service wasn’t great. Definitely check your order before you leave. They will try to short you you’re toppings. I have also had to remind them multiple times that the menu clearly states you can get your choice of toppings at no extra charge. It also says that your sandwich comes with a pickle and a side “salad.” They will try to convince you verbally though, that this does not apply to any business done in the morning. It’s too bad. They really can be great sandwiches but who wants to start their day with such a ridiculous battle?

Do NOT under any circumstances cater from this store. My father died recently and I ordered food by telephone for the people who would be returning to my house after the funeral. I ordered 75 deli sandwiches and some side salads and was charged over $1,300. I was unable to come into the store so everything was conducted via telephone. I was never told me how much they were going to charge me or that there was an extra charge for lettuce and tomatoes. I am not trying to get anything for free and am more than willing to pay a reasonable amount. I tried to work out a fair compromise, but the owner of the store refused to deal with me in good faith. I would not do business with this store, they are not honest.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. We were pleasantly surprised. Two great texas cheesesteaks, a decent burger for a deli, and some great home fries. Staff was nice and pretty fast. Prices were avereage.

Stood at register for 10 minutes the guy sees me and keeps cutting veggies in the back. He then washes up and I’m thinking he’s coming to take my order. Then he takes a tub of rice and starts to cook it on the flat iron. Don’t run a deli if you’re not going to serve or even acknowledge your customers.
