I stopped in at The Bagel Lady Sub & Bagel Shop in Rockwall and was pleasantly surprised! I had the chicken salad sub ( I had already eaten half of it before I realized I hadn’t taken a picture) , and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and a generous size (8 inches!). I shared it with my daughter, and we both loved it.
The shop has recently been remodeled, and it’s such a welcoming, cozy place to sit and enjoy a meal or coffee. You can tell a lot of care went into creating a space that feels like home.
They also offer homemade bagels, desserts, and coffee, and everything is made with that special touch you only get from a locally owned, family-run business. The service was friendly and the vibe was relaxed—definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

Read that a local business owner had a house fire and decided to support best I could! Came in this morning after the gym to nab a bagel for my wife and I – she’s basic so a blueberry bagel was all she needed, I went a little extra and got the open face salmon bagel and wow was it delicious! Both of us enjoyed what we got and were happy to help a small business in the area!

The owner is super sweet, the coffee and food is delicious and has a ton of options to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. My kids enjoyed the salmon bagel, my husband got the famous pastrami and the pizza bagel and I had the lean green.
And of course had to tried the eclairs and cannolis!
The place is spacious, well kept and organized. Love it all! Will be returning.
