The cute drinks brought us in, but the food menu made us stay. We stopped by for lunch one day, and although the service wasn’t very friendly, the food and drinks were great. I highly recommend the baked oyster flight! Absolutely fantastic. The backyard is so cute, and has the same hours as the Irish pub. We really enjoyed our meal here.

First time coming to this place and the last. They served you raw wings, and then the server tells you they double baked the wings. Be careful the service was horrible and they changed gratitude automatically. You can judged by your self.

The restaurant made me the “My worst experience in St. Augustine was during my first visit there with my husband for dinner. We were the only Latin couple at the restaurant, and unfortunately, I believe we faced discrimination. While everyone else received their food, we didn’t, which made me feel singled out and unwelcome. It’s really sad because the town itself is so beautiful.”

We decided to go in because the tables looked nice, however, when we went in all the ones with fire pits were occupied, so we sat at a regular one, and as soon as one became free we moved. I felt that the wait time for the food was long and the taste of the food was not the best. Although the food is not bad, I think it is a place I would not go back to. The service is good and the place is nice, but their dishes are not good, although they are not disgusting like their bathrooms, which by the way are shared with a bar where drunk people come in.

The Backyard is a seat yourself kind of place. It’s small and may be a little hard getting a seat but the food is worth it. Our party of six had burgers and fries and everything was delicious. Their fries are absolutely amazing! The waitress was great, our food came out fairly quickly and they had a live guitarist play. It was a great break from the sightseeing.
