Beauuuuutiful views and nice ambiance. Even on a 90 degree day the seated area stayed cool under the shade and ceiling fans. The food is straightforward, clean, tasty. I got a dozen oysters which were massive and flavorful. Also got a shrimp poboy and loved that the shrimp were steamed instead of breaded and fried. Hubby got a pastrami sandwich – great choice.

Atmosphere is great! Awesome views of boats passing by. The bar staff is not totally aware of difference between west and east coast IPAs but they were pleasant. Ordered an Irish mule that was $12.50 that was watered down and the first rotating server said I should have commented at beginning of drink. The second server that I cashed out with didn’t comment when I told her about the watered down drink. No happy hour on Friday. Key lime pie that was $8.50

We were visiting family in the area and ask them for a good seafood restaurant and they told us about The Back Deck. We got there around 11:20am and it got busy pretty quickly. They have a few tables right on the deck that allows you to enjoy the sun and watch the boats. The view is amazing. The service was great, super friendly servers, very attentive and fast with delivering our drinks. the food was AMAZING, super fresh seafood and (per family recommendation) we tried the scallops cake sliders and they are out of this world! Super delicious!!! We also tried the fish tacos, crab legs and the steam seashore platter, which you can see in the picture the before and after. That was on point!!! Everything was Delicious!!! I will definitely be back when we are in the area again. It gets really busy on Saturday noon so if you get there around 12:30pm-1pm be ready to wait. Overall a Great place to chill with family and friends!!! I highly recommend it!!!

Drinks weren’t very good. Had to wait forever for appetizers. And we only got them after we had asked about them. The appetizers came just a couple minutes before the food. We also had multiple waiters it seemed so it was confusing. Music was so loud we could not talk to each other without yelling.

Horribly overpriced food and drinks. The staff couldn’t care less if you were there or not. They don’t have a dedicated server per table, so it’s just random waitresses asking how your food is and what you want with awkward timing. It just doesn’t make sense. Someone was installing a fan right above a lady’s table and she looked so confused and annoyed. Also for the food – my boyfriend’s corn tortilla tacos came out stale and crushed. My tuna melt was mid and they served it with lays potato chips sprinkled in old bay. They don’t put the drink prices on the menu and the food took forever despite most of it appearing frozen. I don’t recommend eating here. 0/10 don’t recommend the quality is just not there and the staff doesn’t appear to care for their customers, all interactions with the 4+ servers we had were poor.

Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere!! Lovely place by the water where you can chill and eat while perfectly enjoying the weather and ocean by the marina. Food was delicious, we had the Nachos and Greek Pizza (with chicken added to both), and the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. All very generous portions and delicious to boot. I highly recommend the Greek Pizza. The actual nachos themselves were actually really good even without the toppings! Usually nachos are only good because of what you put on them, but this was an exception! The service was fantastic. The way they do it is all the waiters serve all the customers, so you always have someone checking in on you. Natalie especially was fantastic: she was excellent at recommending things on the menu, honest about what was good and not good on the menu (including portion sizes), and very kind and attentive to us the entire meal. We definitely felt cared for and served at this place! Definitely plan on going back and would 10/10 recommend.

If you’re coming here for food, don’t. We usually go to Bubba’s next door but wanted to try something new and it was a mistake. I ordered 1lb of crab legs and received 7 crab legs for a price of $37. I had asked someone if this was a full pound and their response was “idk I didn’t weigh them.” Ordered a side of Mac and cheese for $10 and I’d rather had Kraft. $20 dollar meals come with Snyder crinkle potato chips with some old bay on them. If you’re coming here to drink and listen to music, great. Other than that this place is an absolute bust.

Easy 5 stars. Everything about this restaurant is great. Food was really good and the sangria tasted great. It’s right on the water, so you can’t really beat the location. Fair prices and friendly staff! It gets crowded so it is best to get there around opening time. Highly recommend!
