Found The B on Google when looking up restaurants nearby as I was in from a few hours away. Server was friendly and brought everyone’s food out to the tables. There is minimal dining space, so be prepared if you are coming to dine in.
I ordered the B, and it had excellent flavor. Bun was fantastic, meat fantastic, sauces fantastic, fries fantastic. I would absolutely come back and try more of the menu options.
There is minimal parking out front off the road, but there is a Brookshires you could park in and just walk to the front as well.

I am writing this still licking my lips and tasting the amazing food I just consumed. I had the B and my wife had the quesabirra burger. The best! Man that burger was phenomenal. The fries are perfectly crispy and delicious. I recommend getting the queso to dip them in. If you have never been here you are definitely missing out! Perfect combination of flavors and textures to make your mouth happy!

3of us met there, we were passing through town and had a friend meet us there since his home wasn’t available for visits.
One of us ordered the barrier bowl I think that’s what it’s called, with beef.
Another order the Birria taco plate with pork.
I also ordered the Barry taco plate with beef.
We ended up with two Birria bowlsS
Oh well, I did not need the carbos from those awesome looking tacos shells.
The shredded beef, refried beans, corn, etc were great.
The bowls came with rice(a bit undercooked).
I ate my bowl of beef and rice and beans, but my eyes kept glancing over at the tacos. They look so yummy.
Very strange, but this is a Mexican style ingredients, but there was no salsa available. You have to ask for it also jalapeños don’t come with the meal. You have to ask for them and I think they cost extra..
I had the cherry limeade that is made with real sugar. I had three glasses, so I made up for the lost calories from the taco shells and drinking 3 cups of the cherry limeade.

My husband and I went here Friday night. The service was amazing, the owner had no queso but was going to prepare more and offered it to be free for the inconvenience but my brother owns a small business so we told him of course we would pay and it was definitely worth the wait! We all had the burger and hand cut fries! It was great and I am so glad I finally got to try it, I will be back to try more!

I happen to show up just as they were finishing a catering order. They were very polite. Answered my questions since it was my first time I came back about a half an hour later. One of the cooks made a suggestion to get the quesadilla burger with the jalapeno bun and it’s amazing. Thank you very much for that suggestion. This food is spectacular. I highly recommend eating here. I’m definitely telling all of my friends if they do not already know where you are

First time eating there today.
We walked in and were greeted by the lady at the front desk. Super nice. As we were looking confused a couple talked to us and said the b burger is the best and boy was he not lying it was phenomenal A++++ the tacos were very good. The beef is the best one imo. Also the corn was also very good. All in all on a scale 1-10 I’d say a solid 9 maybe a 9.2 lol.

I got the B selection. It’s a burger with brisket and fresh cut fries. A kid with us got the kids chicken strips. He liked them. 2 others in our group got the B as well.

Tiny little place i didn’t pay much attention to decoration (8/27/2025 went back today very sparsley decorated with a few signs up but who’s going for the decor, theyre there for the food) as i was starving that day and had a companion with me. The food was amazing. Omg I was blown away. I thought I’d died and gone to heaven. The quesabirria tacos were mouthwatering by themselves but add the consume, and it was like that scene from Rattatouille where Remmy the rat gets struck by lightning and discovers cooked food.
8/27/ 2025 had a Doctors Appointment in Lindale today and wasn’t as hungry so i stopped back in. This time I had the
Quesadilla Burger w/ fresh hand cut fries & 20oz drink!
1/3lb Burger patty, grilled onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, candied bacon, chipotle mayo, mozzarella and pepper jack cheeses between two grilled flour tortillas
*served on corn tortilla for a gluten free option!!!
All for 11.11 plus tip of course. It was good and interesting. Not something I’d order everyday. 5/5 for filling, 5/5 for price (even when its not on special like it is on Wednesdays) its still a great discount option. 3.5/5 on taste for me. It was a little sweet which kinda threw me off. (Not saying it was bad just not used to that flavor profile. I’m more used to savory.) Fries are hand cut every morning. Overall score lol but seriously its 5⭐️
