The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the service takes too long, whether the restaurant is busy or not. Today, for example, it was Thursday morning and the place was almost empty (maybe around 6 people), and it still took us over 30 minutes to be served.
Overall, it’s definitely worth it for the food and the great value, but it would be perfect if the service was faster.
The two steaks were cooked perfectly, my sons burger was also made nicely, but my oldest chose the chicken sandwich and it was a little too crispy. The chicken parm I ordered was fried to perfection, so we switched poultry and my oldest enjoyed his new chicken parm sandwich
my alfredo lacked seasoning, the garlic bread was terrific. Whatever seasoning the bread had, really needed to be on the pasta. The ceasar salad was missing and so was the ice cream for the chocolate cake. The cinnamon rolls were burnt but three pieces were golden and delicious. If you love those warm cinnamon rolls sold in malls, then you should try these mini rolls, because they’re delicious!
The trio appetizer was plated terribly. Boneless wings had a spot of sauce and the rest were naked, fried pickles had great flavor, but the strips became soft, and smushed together. The ribblets are still delicious. My boys really enjoyed those. The garlic green beans were crispy and seasoned nicely.
Definitely had a love-hate experience this time around. I wanted to try AB because Chili’s is our first pick. My oldest said he’d try AB again but only dining in. If there’s a guarantee those cinnamon rolls are served to perfection on the spot, I’d already have reservations for Friday!
Luisa was incredibly attentive and sweet with the kids, which made our experience even more enjoyable. She made sure our food arrived in perfect condition and that our drinks were refilled promptly. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out.
Thank you, Luisa, for making our dining experience such a positive one—we will definitely be back!
God Bless Luisa and thank you!
We came with a party of 8. First they tried to seat the 8 of us at a table made for 6. Then they sat us where our party was split among 2 tables. The table next to us had two young kids alone. The kids had empty koolaid juice boxes and Doritos bags. Crumbs covered the floor below them and the tablet they were watching was blaring. We then got sat nearby and they pushed two tables together for our party. As dinner started the one boy started standing on his table. A bit later the boy threw something at our table. It was his sister’s broken toy and some kind of liquid hit one of our guest. We told a bartender who gave us a rag to wipe it up. The food was very slow to come out. Silverware didn’t come out at first and when I asked the host, he said it needed to be washed. Several of us got salads that were very wet. So wet there was water pooled at the bottom of bowl/plate. A manager came to us several times to “check on us” but didn’t seem to notice our frustration. It seemed very short staffed and the little staff that were there didn’t care about the kids in the middle of the restaurant acting ridiculous and making a mess. The boy was throwing objects and food around. We suppose it was an employee’s children.
Guacomole, salsa and chips was so mild and had no taste.
I usually take some of my meal to go but I ate everything on the plate! My family member cup was dirty from not properly washing in the kitchen, they had to send it back to get a new drink and cup.
The Spanish speaking waitress could barely speak English. I didnt try to translate I just pointed and stared. Service is 2, because of it.
Location is short staff and had only two people working 10+ tables each.
Location needs some upkeep, including the bathrooms .
Potential injury in the future
