Was skeptical, went and ordered a mini tip and 6 wings. The wings were seasoned to perfection!!! They really didn’t need the sauce. I was told the tips were good too (I don’t eat pork). Will be back soon

Honest review 8/10 owner was very friendly and cool , will try again lol tips were good seasoned well , wings were ok but that hot link was cooked to perfection !!! I don’t like spicy it had the right amount of kick to it ; I asked for easy on the mild sauce my food was DRENCHED in it , the sauce was good… I spent $21 I needed at least 2 slices of bread ♀️

Best barbecue, I’ve had in along time, very tender and season to perfection, very meaty mouth watering! 2 people can eat from a large and get full, fries at the bottom marinated in the sauce! Just all around tasty! Customer service very Professional and the atmosphere spotless! I will go back again and again! Thank you Avenue Q and Kitchen!

Family business so I had to go. Very friendly staff. Food came out hot and fresh. Its more of a take-out restaurant, but our food was still hot when we got back to the Southside. I ordered the Juneteenth special. 2 wings, pork sausage, rib tips, and fries covered in their special sauce. So good

Listen, this place is relatively new, but is now #1 in my book. Everything is cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. You can literally taste the smokiness of the grill in every bite. We had the steak burgers and a wing/tip combo! BOMB! 10/10 highly recommend! Customer service was phenomenal as well. If you’ve been debating , let this post be your sign to try them out, I promise you won’t be disappointed. ❤️

First time visit, very busy had a 45min wait that turned into a hour and a half. Tips taste like they were boiled no flavor, wings looked old and was cold. I asked for the wings to be not to be cooked before the tips. $$$$wasted! Will not return.

Disappointed I got the wing and tip combo. One of my chicken wings was all black in the inside, and my rib tips were tough and dry. They looked old and gray. I tried to eat around some, but they were very hard. If I lived closer, I would of took it back.

Thought I’d try the Ave for the 1st time I’ll be back but a few pointers the bbq sauce is a little to thick but it has the right sweet and touch of heat the fries I can say were a nice touch because they are fresh cut but undercooked and drowned in the bbq sauce which was poured all over the fries before placing the tips & chicken over the fries and then pouring the sauce over the chicken & tips that way the fries wouldn’t have been drenched also separate the 1 slice of white bread in a sandwich bag it was to soggy not just from the sauce but also the steam of the hot food the tips were very tender & juicy the wings fried perfectly wish I had 4 instead of 3 hint less tips add a 4th wing lol I’ll definitely be back though that’s why I gave a 4 on food, service was good at the counter where I paid but the pickup spot the old lady seemed angry so 4 on service, the atmosphere was to loud I chose to wait in my car until my food was ready but the food is definitely better than the colemans down the street which has no flavor at all but overall I’ll be back
