I used to get delivery a lot from this place but then only started to place orders for pickup because of the frequent times I received egg after selecting no egg, which is clear on the receipt. They need to do better, I’m not allergic, but I don’t eat egg as a personal choice. Today I got delivery though their app, hoping for the best, big mistake. If you’re someone with allergies or dietary restrictions DON’T order delivery, only takeout so they can remake your food if they inevitably mess up your order. Once in a while is understandable as mistakes happen but a common occurrence is unacceptable. Lastly, some feedback on their app and other mobile platforms; If there’s going to be a section to add extra protein, why not add tofu in that category? It doesn’t make sense to offer it as protein option but not as an extra. Please do better, I used to be a frequent customer but not anymore because of inconsistency to provide correct orders.

We have been eating at Asian Express since their opening. Food is always delicious and they don’t skimp on portions.
Tonight’s order: Thai Chicken Fried Rice & Orange Chicken Dinner w/spring rolls. Fried rice spice was mild…but the depth of flavor and slight warmth was spot on. Orange chicken had a prefect balance of sweet and tang, with no over batter fried chicken. Fluffy rice, tender crisp veggies and crunchy spring rolls. Food so good had to call and give Chef Nai his .

I order the Thai Flavored Drunken noodles. The portion size and the temperature of the food was good. The flavor wasn’t good even though the food looks amazing.The noodles taste greasy and bland(no flavor at all). I got a plate of grease! Disappointed as this was my 2nd visit here. $16.20 wasted.

I had a very disappointing experience with both the food and service. I ordered what was advertised as “Seasoned Breaded Chicken Tossed in a Sweet Ginger Glaze Over Assorted Veggies,” expecting something closer to General Tso’s or a well-prepared sweet and sour chicken. What I received didn’t match the description or taste. As someone familiar with Chinese and Thai American cuisine, I can confidently say this missed the mark. The food is overpriced for the lack of quality and flavor. Additionally, the service left much to be desired. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I’ve always loved dining at Asian Express. They’ve shown great customer service in the past by promptly fixing an order mistake. My recent DoorDash order was initially promising, with the food arriving hot and smelling delicious. While I appreciated the generous portion of noodles, they absorbed the soup, transforming it into more of a noodle dish. The Pineapple Fried Rice didn’t meet my expectations, with only a few small pieces of pineapple, no cashews, and a scarcity of raisins. Despite this, I remain enthusiastic about returning to Asian Express. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and I’ll likely order the same dishes again. This experience was a rare disappointment, and I look forward to my next visit, confident that it will be as enjoyable as before.

Ordered online through grubhub at 6:12 pm, did not receive food until 8 pm!! Food was cold, the main dish taste was not appetizing, and the amount of food in main dish was not near enough for the price of $14. Quality and quantity sure have gone down there.
