I’ve been wanting to try the Ascot Club for some time and it did not disappoint! I had a little issue making the reservation online but I called and Kira made the process easy! The drive up is beautiful. You feel like you are leaving civilization behind as you wind up the mountain. There is some road damage from Helene but I just took my time. The first entrance is what they are using due to Helene damage, it is gated and you buzz the restaurant and they open the gate, which felt kind of special! The building is beautiful and views are incredible!! I sat in the bar and found out Tessa did the decor and kudos to a great job! I had a delicious Martini with the Lamb Sliders. They were awesome! Their special was a Thai Peanut Shrimp with rice and it was equally amazing and then dessert was my favorite, Pot de crème! Chef Paul, Anthony, Joshua, Tessa and Kira were all amazing and I highly recommend the Ascot Club. Make a reservation and visit ASAP!
