The cast members at Artist’s Palette are especially friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is quite pleasant.
Jan 5, 2026 – Cast Members were outstanding as they explained what substitutions and sides were available for our breakfast dishes. We chose the breakfast platter with potato barrels instead of meat, and then French toast with egg whites instead of meat. To this we also selected a cherry danish and blueberry cupcake. Everything was scrumptious.
Dec 16, 2025 – We enjoyed our herb roasted chicken dinners this eve which included two sides – green beans and yukon gold mashed potatoes. All items were hot, tender, and flavorful. Yum!
This location includes a quick service restaurant with a good selection of tasty items for BL&D, a large dining room, a beverage station, a grocery section, several fresh pastries and bakery goodies, and a shop with apparel and seasonal items for guests of all ages.
Artist’s Palette is located in the main building and near the main pool area. This resort is quite spread out, so if your room is not close to the main building, consider driving or using the internal bus transportation.

I always enjoy a lunch or dinner here every time we stay at Saratoga Springs. My most favorite is always the wide variety of desserts. This pumpkin was delicious but a few years back it was better. Just to have seasonal desserts is my favorite. I so love the pizzas as well.

This is a decent quick service spot to dine at Disney. At Saratoga Springs, they have a fine variety of foods to pick from throughout the day. It’s easy and quick to get a meal before or after park visits and you can also get food to go back to your room.

Good food, strange service compared to other Disney hotel food lines, had to order and pay at merchandise cashier when there is clearly a service line where you can ask for items but they don’t use. Pizza good, meatloaf dry with too much bread crumbs and less meat.

This is NOT your average quick service. This is a little smaller and is operated differently. You take a menu, get in line, and place your order at the register. They give you one of the buzzer things, and you go to your table. Usually, they bring the food out to you. One time during our stay, they did not. We did not mind at all. Our order was messed up once, but again, that was not an issue as we understand that they are slammed busy most of their days. We do not wish to add to the chaos with a few complaints. There are no FRIES at this location. I LOVE FRIES. This was a little upsetting, but I got over it. They have chips instead. I find their menu to be small as well, but we did not eat anything we did not like or would not get again. The tomato soup was actually good to dip my sandwich and chicken tenders in. It is a nice change from some of the really busy quick-service places I have been to. Our home resort is AKL, and their quick-service is usually very busy and much larger. This one is quaint, I guess you can say.

Food was tasty and fresh, Gale is a sweetheart at the register, and she congratulated us on the fact that our Disney wedding is coming up soon! It has great design and a lovely ambience too.

We had a fantastic dinner at Artist’s Palette. The food was absolutely amazing! I had the Italian sandwich and tomato soup, and the soup was hands-down the best I’ve ever tasted. My wife enjoyed the meatloaf, and we also grabbed a couple of pepperoni pizzas to go for our son. They were hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious.
For dessert, we tried the palette cookie, and it was the perfect ending to our meal. It was so good! Overall, our experience at Artist’s Palette was fantastic. The food was delicious, the service was great, and we’ll definitely be back!

The Artist’s Palette restaurant at Disney’s Saratoga Springs resort was the worst meal my family and I have ever had. They should be ashamed of themselves for serving a meal like this. Just don’t come.
