Great experience. We stopped by about 8pm on a Monday night. Very local with a tavern feel. Delicious food. I had the Anchor hoagie (tenderloin tip with cheese and mushrooms. My wife had the flatbed pizza. Mine was very tender, juicy and not overcooked although the server didn’t ask how I wanted the meat cooked. Pizza was made with fresh Mozzarella.

Excellent food and service. I had the ahi tune , ordered it rare and was very close to rare. Had a fabulous sauce with it. Onion rings came hot like just out of the fryer. Disappointed in the serving size but again very good. I hope they will bring back the southwest meat rolls. I highly recommend the anchor inn.

Took my son out for his 26th birthday tonight. Worst food I’ve had. Order took over for and half only to get bad food. But i will say my soup was delicious but i had to ask for it after i for the main meal. Hum don’t think I’ll go there again. And my son’s steak was well done when he ordered med rare. Can’t blame the waitress that. still gave her a nice tip. Shouldn’t get a star but had to put one up four the soup.

First time there, but won’t be back. Menu is mediocre, a little overpriced. I had a build your own hamburger, tasted it half the night. Wife’s spinach stuffed chicken was okay, little dry. They were out of French dressing and no oyster soup they advertise. Did like the broccoli cheese soup, but again, not enough to want to go back.

One of the worst nights I’ve ever had there. Server was cold and distant. Only checked on us once while we were there, had another server bring our refills. Then when we got our entrées my husband ate his steak for a good 10 minutes with two knives! Our server didn’t even notice! Finally after what seemed like forever another server brought over a fork. Worse service EVER. Im very disappointed as I know everyone there personally and thought I would have a better experience.

Food was okay and the waitress was nice. I called ahead to ask about gluten free options and was told they had options beyond a salad and sometimes even gluten free pasta. When I arrived 15 mins later the waitress was like don’t carry gf pasta-ever. My options were pretty limited, but the chicken was juicy. I did get an upset stomach afterwards so if you are super sensitive-pass on this place.

The only oysters in the oyster stew were the crackers. The anchor sandwich is a no go. But the chicken bacon avocado was good, bloodies too. Service was ok. Overall experience so-so. Probably wouldn’t go back.

Good friendly service, food was pretty good. Had the prime rib and it was fine. My fries were hot, something I don’t get too often anymore.
