About 8pm Saturday night. Dining room dirty and many tables dirty. Employees just keep walking past trash in the floor. Sandwiches seem coated with thick amount of breading. It peeled right off. Asked for another she went and got one from the chute. Same thing. Nuggets were not fresh. Do they time the food sitting in the chutes already made up? We did an order from our table. Food came out pretty quick and she noticed “you don’t have your drinks?” And brought them out next. We ordered 2 sandwiches and the nuggets. We didn’t eat even half our food. I’ll bring our own wipes next time to clean our table. Refills take a minute-5 people walked past us or around us before we got a refill. We are chicfila fans let’s keep getting better!

1 person taking orders at Drive Thru during lunch with 10 people in the kitchen. They don’t know how to portion their sides yet. Stingy on serving Mac n cheese and parfaits with less than half the cup filled.

Opening day at Chick-fil-A Glasgow was flawless. The parking lot was so busy they had four police officers and cruisers directing traffic, yet inside everything ran smoothly and felt genuinely welcoming.
I ordered the #7 Grilled Chicken Club with Colby Jack and bacon, large waffle fries, and a Sunjoy. The fries were fresh, hot, and perfectly salted. The Sunjoy really did taste like sunshine and joy. And the sandwich was outstanding — juicy grilled chicken topped with Colby Jack, bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
The true standout, though, was the team. Owner Sarah Cobb, Executive Director Thomas, Director of Operations Allie, and their amazing crew of nearly 100 pulled off a grand opening with excellence across the board. Having spent 32+ years in the restaurant industry myself, I can say with confidence their hospitality was not just trained — it was genuine, heartfelt service.
The restaurant is spotless, modern, and family-friendly, complete with a play space for the kids.

Chick-fil-A is a treat for my family and we’re happy to have it here in Glasgow.
As a family, we have had more positive experiences than negative. The staff is always busy and have always been friendly.
Sometimes, the smallest details are ones that seem to be over looked…maybe the sauce, condiment packet, or a utensil is missing.
My real concern is the drive thru with the mobile ordering option. It’s really good in theory, until it’s merged with the regular drive-thru lane and it just hasn’t seemed to pay off just yet, other than being a labor saver.
P.S.—Please add more options entrees for the family meals! These are wonderful options for families.

A welcome addition to Glasgow. The food is on par with any other Chick-Fil-A. I have had issues with some orders being incorrect or missing items from time to time. The staff is friendly.
Update:
Since the restaurant has been open longer I can say that service has decreased. Wait times are extremely long. The change with Mobile Thru has slowed down service. Most of the time you are better off to go through standard drive thru or go in and pick up the food.
Also, they aren’t the most attentive at making sure everything from your order is there. I have had multiple orders where we were either missing items we ordered or basic things like condiments, straws or forks (for items that require a fork). With as slow as service has gotten, I could understand if orders were accurate but they aren’t not. I also understand mistakes happen, but these seem to be more and more frequent.

I have given them a chance 5xs – only twice did they get my order correct. I ordered a chicken sandwich each time, no fries, drink, etc – just the sandwich. The other times my order was missing items or they were not correct. My salad did not have what was supposed to be on it, the chicken wasn’t even cut into slices/pieces (they just put an entire filet of chicken on top). My drink was not what I ordered and at one time I ordered a fried filet…they gave me grilled. Another time we had a regular filet sandwich that was inedible (rubbery outside and dried out inside). We love this franchise – but please do better. It has been open long enough to work out kinks and get things right. Furthermore, the drive thru timing is not up to Chik-fil-a speed. For now, we will eat in Bowling Green and perhaps try again in a few months.
