In terms of the subs, they definitely got the best ones in the area. Customer care can be much better by adding additional staff. For example, if you are on the line for 5 min to order, and at the same time someone calls to order, they will take the phone order first, regardless of the time you are waiting.
Also most of the time there are not any napkins, salts or sauces on the tables.
Another point is, this restaurant usually charges dine-in customers after they finish their food. Since this is an unusual pattern in the states, it might make confusion and some people leave by mistake without paying.

This is my mom’s favorite place to eat from and their food is amazing. They gave us a smoothie on the house because my mom was in labor ❤️ The staff is very kind and welcoming and it’s the overall go to food spot when out with friends and family because we all love it.

Food: We ordered Steak with Cheese subs, chicken burgers, and it was served hot and fresh and also delicious.
We also ordered the Tropical Ananas and its a MUST, make sure you try it. I gave their food 5/5
Service: This place is under mew management and the owner Hassan is very friendly, welcoming and posses excellent customer skills along with his staff. I give them 5/5
cleanliness: Under their new managment i can see cleanliness as their top priority.The place was clean and well maintained so i give them 5/5.
I would.definitely visit this place again and i highly recommend it.

I ordered 3 shawarma’s &I’m not sure what you guys seasoned the food with but it tasted like dill pickle and the pickles that were in it were really really (hamburger pickleiish)

Lemonade Factory
I placed an order for a sub and waited over 30 minutes. There was only one employee working, trying to handle everything, which made the process quite slow. When I visited last night, I experienced similar delays, with several customers waiting over 45 minutes so I decided to not place an order and left. I came again today to give them another shot and It seems like there’s a consistent issue with the staffing and efficiency I hope you can address these concerns to improve the overall experience. I had a pick up order that was ready on the counter. I walked behind one person and there was one person dining in. The single employee working immediately helped out the first person who walked in. Then went and continued making the food for the dine in person. He finished making the dine in food and then kept looking at me and then went to make that other persons who food who walked in front of me. After completing that persons food he looked at me and finally asked. He can’t multitask or is just dumb it is not busy he had one sandwich to make and my order is ready. Awful service. Terrible employee which I assume is the owners son because when I went before and it was the owner he was excellent. Overall I waited 20 mins just to pick up my already done order.
