We stopped by for lunch on a Saturday. We ordered the Spring Rolls ($8.50), Pho Me Up! ($19.50), BBH Medium ($12), and Risk it Pho Da Brisket Medium ($12).

The food was a mixed bag. The soups for all three orders had distinct flavors, which was nice. The Pho Me Up broth tasted good, but it is pricey for what you get. The portion sizes here are generally small for the price—the “Large” here is equivalent to a “Medium” at the pho restaurants in Richardson. Even the spring rolls were $8.50.

The BBH was not good. It was missing the traditional pork hock and blood, and the flavor actually tasted a little funny.

Service was average, and they seemed short-staffed during the lunch rush.

Overall: This is the closest pho option in Prosper if you want to save yourself the drive to Richardson, but the value isn’t great. I might be back if I am absolutely desperate for pho and don’t have the time to drive south, but otherwise, I’d prefer the Richardson spots.

First time to eat here and likely last as well. There are just too many good spots in the area to accept an average experience. Restaurant decor is standard, no frills. Employee Terence was not rude nor overly friendly. He just seemed to be there – more interested in his phone than making a little effort in having customers feel valued. Customer had the Garlic Noodles ($17.50) with Shaken Beef (+$4.50 add-on) and a can of Dr Pepper ($2). I had the Oodles of Noodles ($16.50). We split a Popcorn Chicken Bites ($7.50) for appetizer. Food was slightly above average but nothing special. All-in with tip for lunch was $63. Chipotle, Panda Express, Cava and others would’ve been a better bang for the buck.

I was craving some pho for dinner and have ordered here before but never been to the place until now. Cute little set up! It’s small but cozy. Food overall was pretty good! We ordered the iRoll (egg rolls), Pho the luv of God (pho with rare steak and meatballs), oodles of noodles(vermicelli with pork and egg rolls), and Vietnamese coffee. We like that everything was made fresh and hot but for the purpose of the pho, I’ll give my honest opinion. The coffee was really good! Egg rolls came out hot and fresh, overall good but it was still kind of floury on the inside. The vermicelli noodles were cooked to perfection, fresh and not stiff or cold, if you know what I mean, and the combination of flavors and seasoning was good. The pho broth did not taste authentic, it was still good but, there was too much msg which made it taste salty. I hope this helps for all the pho lovers. Service was limited but still good, They were quick and efficient. Don’t just take my word for it. Everyone’s taste buds are different, I say still give this place a go! Until then, let’s eat!!!

We were amazed by the level of customer service and taste of food. We didn’t know what to order, nor did we know what the menu items were. We had a large party, so some tables had to be moved around. The manager/ person in charge recommended the garlic noodles with shaken beef. It didn’t sound pleasing, but to our surprise, it was bursting with savory flavors. It definitely made our Top 5 Asian food restaurants. Try the garlic noodles with the shaken beef. You will thank me later…

This is our new favorite Vietnamese restaurant. It’s nice and clean with great service. You gotta try the HOLY COW- BO NE- sizzling beef tenderloin on a hot plate, served with a sunnyside up egg, liver pate, and cheese. The side salad and bread made the dish even better. We are definitely going to come back.

You don’t come to an Asian restaurant especially a Pho restaurant for the atmosphere or the customer service. With that being said, the food is delicious when you do run into the owner, he’s amazingly nice. But everyone else is just like any other Pho restaurant. Their Pho broth is one of the best in the DFW area so good! Everything taste fresh!

The Alley Noodle Bar serves the best pho in the Frisco-Little Elm area, especially for those who appreciate authentic Vietnamese flavors. The broth is incredibly rich and aromatic, and the use of fresh pho noodles takes it to another level—so soft and flavorful that it makes every bite unforgettable. While the prices are a bit higher than other places, the quality and freshness make it well worth it.

I noticed some older reviews mentioned issues with customer service, but my experience was great. The staff checked on us regularly, and our server made sure our water glasses were always filled. It seems like they’ve really stepped up their game, and the service matched the quality of the food.

If you’re looking for a place with fresh, authentic pho and attentive service, The Alley Noodle Bar is the perfect choice!

My wife and I wanted to eat in a place close to home. I will say there was a guy with highlights that just smelled like smoke. He was truly very unfriendly, he seemed like everything was an incovenience with people ordering.
If you don’t like your job then simply let someone else do it.
The Spring rolls weren’t to my liking but that’s just my personal thing. They did seem really fresh.
The Just Pho You was actually really good, filling, warm and honestly perfect.

The service just leaves a lot to be desired off.

The Frisco/Little Elm area is lacking Vietnamese cuisine so when we saw this spot on the map, we were eager to try because the pho restaurants we’ve been to in the area have been vastly disappointing.

We’ve been to this spot twice now and did not experience any waits, probably mostly due to the time we arrived. There’s a kiosk to order from if ordering to-go which is quite convenient.

They had a variety of options for pho and a select few other dishes as well which is great. I like having options. Their naming for their dishes were quite clever so props to the owner for that. Pricing for the food is reasonable given the current market right now.

My wife kept it simple and went with the Just Pho You which is just ribeye slices in hot beef broth. I opted for the Bo Ne since there aren’t many Vietnamese restaurants that serve that here. Both were fantastic choices. The pho broth was actually seasoned well and very aromatic. Upon first sip, we knew we had found our new spot for pho. The Bo Ne was also good. They give quite a bit of extras in veggies. This typically isn’t included in Bo Ne so that was a welcome addition. The steak and sauce were well seasoned. It is hard to get Bo Ne wrong after all.

Finally, the sugar cane drink was good. The second time we had it wasn’t as good and was lacking something. However, it is nice to know this place offers sugar cane drink as it is quite popular overseas.

Our experience here was great and we will definitely be coming back!

We ordered here recently and the garlic noodle is so bland. Could not taste the garlic. The wok dish was very good. Fried tofu has no seasoning. I wish it was more flavorful. Their dishes are a hit or miss. Not a place I would recommend. Price is pretty high for shrimp dishes (~$20).
