I have been using the mea prep food services for an alkaline diet for about 3 months. The food has been delicious and included things that I would never attempt to prepare on my own, like waffles and different chic pea fritters. Communication has been great for pick up and asking for feedback ensuring I was enjoying the meals. There was a level of professionalism in the details, providing the meals in freezable containers and sauces for special dishes. Having the meals made my goals achievable. I have lost 26lbs on this journey.

The alkaline bowl with corn bread and strawberry mango smoothie. The cornbread didn’t come with although I was given it just on the love because they were out of desserts.

Hands down amazing service and fantastic food! The lasagna and garlic bread was a 12/10, the southern bowl was a 12/10, and the quesadilla was a 12/10. Everything was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!! Ms. Nikki you are doing an amazing job!!

SO GOOD. The vegan mac is so good that I ordered a side car to my Southern Bowl main meal. Highly recommend. The mac isn’t super spicy. As someone who has spicy sensitivity, I think the spice is perfect. The corn bread is sweet.
FYI it is inside the mall on the third floor. But if you’re serious about soul food, you’ll make the trek.

We went on opening day and even though they were very busy, the food was AMAZING! First time for us to try vegan food. The barbecue and Mac and cheese were unbelievable! I couldn’t believe they were plant based! The greens were delicious and the cornbread hit the spot. It was moist and delicious, probably my favorite item in the bowl!!!

The food is a great price for the serving size we got the nachos and the southern paradise sandwich and cornbread and loved every bite.
The staff is also just wonderful they are such a wholesome group, if you aren’t trying this place you’re doing yourself a disservice.
I’m also glad to see a vegan option at the mall we are downtown frequently and this is always a welcome experience!!

During my stay in Indianapolis, generally, I did not find a significant amount of substantial vegan options. However, I was incredibly relieved to finally stumble across this place. It is located inside the mall, in the dining area. There was not anyone at the counter when I walked up, but there is a clear kiosk for orders. I asked the place next door to make sure they were open, and I was assured someone was there and working in the back.
The menu is a little limited, but appropriate for the location. After poking around at the different options, I went with the Tacos with a side of Cornbread. There is a sign that cautions customers to the potential wait time, but my food was ready very quickly. The person who handed it to me was also warm and friendly.
The tacos were very pleasant and came with lots of different toppings, which I thought was fun. I was really impressed with the sour cream, and the cornbread was everything I wanted and needed; I saved it for last. Southerner approved I think one of the prominent appeals of this place is that everything really is prepared specially. It was like eating a home-cooked meal outside of home. I felt appreciated as a customer. Overall, I’m glad this restaurant is here, providing healthy, delicious food to those who seek it. I would gladly visit again and try something else:)

Surprisingly, despite being less than a mile away, this place was not prominently listed when I searched for “vegan food.” There didn’t appear to be any other vegan restaurants close to my location at all; this one only appeared when I searched for “food” and just kept scrolling. I’m not sure how these things work on the backend, all I know is that I really would have liked to know about this place before my last full day here.

The food was very tasty, and only took about 15 minutes, which is still pretty fast for made to order food. I came to here for Gen Con but there were a lot of vegan or vegetarian options, so this was a nice surprise. It is a bit expensive, but that’s the case anywhere that offers vegan food. We ordered the Jackfruit Quesadilla, BBQ Jackfruit Sandwich, and the Strawberry Mango Smoothie.

We just had the pleasure of trying The Akaline Electric Goddess and the food was we had the jackfruit tacos and quesadillas and each one was incredible!! I highly recommend this establishment. You won’t be disappointed.

Great vegan food! I forgot to take a picture before I started eating but the food was great and a large portion. Only concern was it looked closed to me since no one was standing at the front register but I ordered from the kiosk and got food fast!
