Went here to go see the Demon Slayer movie. The food here is way better than expected. Great food. I got the Agency Rolls, which all had great flavoring and the sauces that it came with were awesome, especially the spicy rooster sauce. I also got the Cowboy Burger. Which, the crispiness and flavor combinations worked so well together. I got the sweet potato fries with it and it came with some sort of cream dip, I honestly don’t know what it was but it was great. I would definitely recommend getting food here if you are going to see a movie.

Our company hosted a Christmas party at The Agency Bar and Social and it was incredible! The event manager, Jessica Cosgriff, made a huge impact for a smooth event organization. She went over her way to understand our needs, coordinated the catering, suggested decoration ideas and had her crew create signature cocktails that were a huge success! She is the reason why we decided to go to The Agency for our biggest yearly event and we could not be happier with the result. The food was delicious and everyone had a wonderful celebration time. My husband and I visited Agency Bar and Social around 9:30ish and ordered a bacon cheeseburger and the bourbon street burger. In my opinion, the Bourbon Street Burger was poorly constructed. It arrived to our table seemingly thrown together with a few slices of jalapeño, provolone cheese and shredded lettuce underneath the burger patty on the bottom, (yuck! Don’t do that no more it’s pointless, nobody likes soggy greasy saturated shredded lettuce). The Bourbon glaze was no where to be found on the burger and I had to go to the bar to ask for the glaze the was in the description for this burger. When I retrieved the glaze from the server, I placed it in my to go box to finish at home. When I tried it at home, the consistency of the glaze was very liquified and tasted more like VINEGAR than a TRUE Bourbon glaze. The Bourbon Street burger is not what you think it should be based on the description provided. Very low effort, I give it a 3/10. The bacon cheeseburger was alright, I give it a 5/10. Our fries that came with our burgers were not fresh and were cold.
Side Note:
I’ve been to this location before I’ve enjoyed other things on the menu while watching movies at Paragon and the wings were amazing, especially lemon pepper but recently they’ve started to fry them wayy too hard in my opinion. Chicken wings shouldn’t be fried so hard to the point the meat on the wing is also dried out and crunchy.

Absolutely horrible experience start to finish… sat at the bar (not 1/3 full with 4 bartenders working and still) wasn’t even acknowledged for almost 5 entire minutes even though they walked by multiple times looking down at the floor… after we actually got to place our order (wings and a chicken quesadilla) waited nearly 20 min for them to buzz us to our literal ice cold food… that was still wrong (no chicken on my quesadilla) would not recommend anyone waste their money or time here… even as I write this review while waiting for anyone to acknowledge my order is wrong…

Ordered for our family, got a little of everything from pizza, tacos, Mac and cheese to a burger. All was cold and did not taste well. Worst over $200 dinner (7 people) we have ever had. We will do movie and dine in somewhere else next time.

I helped my friend celebrate a birthday lunch with two other ladies. Our server (Josh) was very patient and helpful. He made recommendations for food when asked. The bday girl had a small issue and Josh immediately took care of it. Josh was very attentive and responsive to our lunch needs. I highly recommend this location. I’m from the Fayetteville area but I will make recommendations for my friends who don’t mind traveling for good food and service in a nice atmosphere. 5 stars across the board! I didn’t get a pic of my wedge salad with salmon added because I was enjoying my friends in the moment. I parked across from the restaurant and didn’t realize it was paid parking. There is free parking very close to the restaurant.

Will not be coming back here! We were so excited to have a place to eat after ice skating but this was not the right move. There was only one waitress actually serving people and the overall service was terrible. The one waitress was nice but the manager was stand-offish and extremely unhelpful. Our food was okay at best and was very bland. They messed up all of our orders and it was also very unclear how to order in the first place and nobody helped us out. Would not recommend.
