This last time I went I noticed they started putting the chicken under the other ingredients in the salad. I was wary of purchasing because this screamed “we’re trying to hide that we don’t put as much chicken in now” to me. I got home and yep, just a few chucks of chicken (pictured). That salad plus a container of corn salsa cost around $25. I would love to sing 320’s praises, but they are severely overpriced for the consistency issues.
I ordered the shrimp tacos, which come with either 2 tacos for $11 or 3 tacos for an additional $3 for the third taco (each taco had just 2 pieces of shrimp). I also paid extra to add mushrooms ($1) and jalapeños ($0.50), but neither were included in my order.
The tacos themselves were dry, with no salsa or sauce to add flavor or moisture. There was also such a little amount of sour cream that it didn’t help balance the dryness. Each taco was served on a single corn tortilla that fell apart before I could even take a bite, so I ended up having to eat them with a fork.
I also ordered French fries. They were soggy, but the sauce that came with them was actually the best part of the whole meal.
Between the missing add-ons, dry tacos, barely any sour cream, soggy fries, and money lost, this order felt underwhelming and not worth the price. I hope they make improvements to their packaging, quality, and attention to detail—especially for takeout orders.
The atmosphere is nice and the staff is helpful, but the ordering setup could definitely be more streamlined. Still, worth a visit for the food and the cozy café vibe!
