Oh.My.Goodness! What a FUN place! Chill atmosphere. A good mix of all ages that were there to have fun, dance and enjoy the music that made the 80’s so cool! Our server (Ivan) was friendly and got our drinks quickly . The security team was effective and made me feel safe. The place was clean especially the ladies restroom (that’s a BIG plus!!). The live band (The Killers was a nice treat. Will definitely come back again

I went to see a cover band here for THE CURE. The band was called “blood flowerssf” they were amazing!
The crowd was okay, not very receptive to the music. The dj was ok, It was kinda weird he didn’t let songs play through and cut them off so people couldn’t really dance??
Maybe it was just that one night? Maybe it was an off night? You should check it out for yourself.

A blue band is placed on your right wrist for entrance
No street parking but you are allowed to park across the street in a parking lot… Even though signs state “No Parking” at the entrance gate of the parking lot. When we called to make reservations, we were told to park across the street. We asked again when we arrived (no cars were parked there) They reiterated to park across the street in the parking lot. I needed to make sure, I did not want to end my evening with a parking ticket or towed.
No cost for parking or entrance into the Speak Easy!
You scan a bar code from your table or go to the bar and order. They recommend ordering using the bar code for faster service.
They accept cc and if you pay with cash there is a discount.
We paid with cc, easy to scan the bar code, order then pay all in one transaction. I started to leave a cash tip when my friend directed me to look at the receipt from when I scanned and ordered, the tip was included as well as tax on the tip.
It was confusing because when I was directed to pay using the scan, there was an option to tip, for ex… 18%…20% as well as a tip that was already included plus tax on the included tip. The already included tip was what I was going to tip in cash so no biggie there. Just need to know beforehand.
Drinks were fast and delicious!
The atmosphere was superior! The immersive surroundings, excellent. Yeti was AWESOME! He came around several times, adding something different each time. Stopping to take selfies with everyone. The waitress….Great
Definitely arrive as early as possible to get a table, somewhere to sit.
Drinks only, no food. There is a Taco person outside. Grabbed a delicious burrito afterwards.

I would like to leave 0 stars, but can’t. We purchased tickets for New Year’s Eve. The website said there were tables available at “first come first serve” basis. When we arrived we were told we had to pay $200 for a table! We showed the person the website and she said that those tables were not available. The idea of paying $100 dollars per person for a venue that is so outdated and unkept was absolutely ridiculous!

It’s really small and crammed feeling in there. Thankfully last night was not as busy because it was Halloween on a Thursday night, but they really need to expand to a bigger place, other than that it’s a fun little local spot to come have a drink and occasionally hear some live music or have the DJ spin some 80s music that you can dance to.

Always had a good time except for this one time fir Halloween. We left our drinks (second round) at our table and went to dance. Came back, and another party had been given our table. Drinks were moved behind the bar or thrown away, and a glove to my costume was thrown away. They could not explain why someone did this. They tried to give me a drink that was sitting on the sidebar. I refused to take. They did not get us another table and basically said too bad. So we left.
