The food is always amazing and cooked to perfectly whilst still keeping to the Thai flavours I love the twist on some of their dishes which really brings out the umami flavours of Thai dishes! Phet and the staff are always friendly, always smiling, and I love their food so much I often order on wolt aswell! Truly don’t miss out on this amazing Thai food truck. You won’t regret it, I’m quite the regular I recommend the moo ping pork skewers aswell as the tom yum soup with dumplings and not the mention my favourite papaya salad! What an absolute gem we stumbled upon by pure accident! We were already stuffed from lunch, but the intriguing menu at this charming Thai food truck caught our eye and we couldn’t resist squeezing in a taste. With a certificate in Thai cooking and many trips to Thailand under my belt, I can honestly say these ladies are truly amazing. They really know their craft, bringing genuine Thai soul to every dish. The food is an effortless 10/10—fresh, balanced, and bursting with those bold, vibrant flavors that transport you straight to the streets of Bangkok. The som tum was spot-on, just like the best versions I’ve had in Thailand. And those noodle rolls – incredible, made with real expertise. We’re already planning to come back tomorrow to dive deeper into the menu. If you’re in Malta and craving real Thai street food, do yourself a favor and find this truck. You won’t be disappointed!

this is the best Thai food on the island! I always go for the Chicken Pad Kapow and honestly, it’s some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever tasted. The Pork Bao Buns are too die for. I usually also get the cucumber salad which is fresh, and great as a starter.
Staff are all extremely nice and lovely people.

Such tasty Thai food! With fresh and flavourful ingredients . The special tea is also such a good companion for food. Thank you ☺️
The owner is not only pretty (she looks really like a Hong Kong singer/ actress – Charlene Choi ), but also very kind! Even recommended me authentic Vietnamese and Japanese restaurants after knowing I like authentic Asian food. Such a great experience even on a windy day like this on the street.
Thank you for your kind reply ❤️ ! I’m back to Portugal but still missing your food! I will definitely come back one day, especially for the food! Until then, wish you all with a lot of good energy and great business !!

This was my second time getting food from here, and I loved it just as much as the first! I had the mixed Thai skewers with both pork (Moo Ping) and chicken (Gai Ping) — they were absolutely delicious!
As a Thai iced tea lover, I also ordered Thai iced tea with milk. One of the lovely Thai ladies even told me, “If it’s too sweet for you, I can adjust it!”
The ladies were super friendly, and the food really brought back memories of Thailand. I love Thailand and Thai food — thank you for giving us such an amazing taste of it!

What can I say about this amazing street food served from a small van other than AMAZING!! My wife and I stopped off for dinner and it was just like being back in Thailand The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and tailored our feed to our needs. They gave my wife various options for a vegetarian that were not on the menu and held back on the spice for me. This is the best food we have had in Malta, and that’s saying something. It’s a real pity that there are building works in front of their van at the moment but that did not detract from the deliciousness of the food. We will definitely return to this little gem before we head home to Scotland. If you like Thai food, do yourself a favour and seek this place out

Thaisty is hands down the best Thai food in Malta and my favorite spot! The flavors of their food is to die for. I’ve tried everything on their menu, and every single dish has been absolutely delicious.
They also have special dishes which are worth looking forward to. It’s clear they put a lot of love in their food. Their Thai tea with milk is my favorite drink, refreshing, rich, and the perfect match with their food.
But what makes Thaisty even better is the atmosphere. The team is always so friendly and welcoming, and I’ve had some great chats while waiting for my food. It really feels like more than just grabbing a meal, it’s an experience I look forward to every time.
If you want real Thai street food with amazing taste and a great vibe, Thaisty is the place to go!

Firstly, thank you chefs for the Paus and for also whipping up my fav Yum Woon Sen, it was really delicious!!
This may be a food van operation but don’t let that fool you. Their top notch customer service and food put many established restaurants to shame.
The ladies were warm and friendly, always ready to assist and suggest. They were accommodating to our requests and requirements (we can’t bear Coriander and Thai Basil!)
Having been to Thailand numerous times, I can vouch their food is authentic & faultless, absolutely delicious really. What did we have for our two meals…better to ask what we didn’t have!! We tried majority of their dishes and all so very tasty!
There’s even a heat-strength chart, ensuring their food is catered to the different chilli tolerance of their customers. A brilliant idea!
It’s a pity we discovered this lovely place too late into our holiday. Well, for sure this will be our first stop next year!

Just WOW!! Probably the best Thai food we’ve ever had. Nice little food truck by the coast. Fair prices and portions are perfect. Great service as well, informing us of options that were not written on the menu. Extremely recommended for a visit.

Best food I’ve eaten during my one week stay! Wished I came sooner and not on our last day. Definitely recommend the Moo Ping and Kai Ping. As delicious, if not better than the ones I tried in Thailand or in other Thai restaurants. Each bite was bursting with flavour! The Hommie Wantons were incredibly tasty too!
Excellent service from the staff, they were lovely and friendly, they happily chatted to us whilst we were deciding what to order. I look forward to visiting them again when I next visit Malta.
