Unbelievable food! and the greatest quality service from Moon, the owner.

I ordered chicken pad Thai to-go hold the carrots.. Noodles and chicken had a delightful spicy and traditional pad Thai flavour. Veggies tasted fresh to order, and red pepper flakes gave a nice kick!! The traditional peanuts were delicious as always!

I highly recommend this rest restaurant for its quality of food and service in the area.

Thank you for coming to Norfolk we really needed a break from pizza and tacos!!

Thai Delish went for my very first visit recently. I love Thai food. It has a great balance of flavours with spice.

Today I tried 5 dishes and their Thai sweet tea. Red curry, pad thai, fresh rolls, crispy pork and of course chicken wings.

The Red Curry – this rich aromatic dish was a personal favourite of mine. The sweet, salty spicy combination of flavours blended with coconut milk were so good I wore a bunch of it on my shirt not paying attention to what I was doing.

The Pad Thai – sweet, savory, and tangy flavor blended with the tamarind base was spot on. This was made like you were at someone’s house having a home cooked version. We had ours with both shrimp and tofu together. Topped with the crushed peanuts and dried crushed red chillies was a nice well rounded dish.

The Fresh Roll – (also known as summer rolls), are a light and refreshing appetizer made with soft rice paper wrappers filled with crisp vegetables, fresh herbs, and shrimp. This was paired with a tangy peanut and sweet chili dipping sauce.
Crispy Pork – a very simple appetizer. Crispy pork and a sweet chili sauce.

Chicken Wings – I have to try chicken wings every where I go. I love chicken wings. The wings were cooked well. They were tender, juicy and hot.

Thai Sweet Tea – made with cold brew tea. This Thai sweet tea was a new experience for me. I enjoyed this drink.

With this business being new and still working through some things. Go with patients. The food is worth the wait. I can’t wait to see what this place blossoms into once get finds its groove. I’m excited for the future of this place.

Went here for my wife’s birthday. There is an old adage “Don’t judge a book by its cover” and this is a prime example. When you walk in the decor is a little…old. The tables and chairs don’t match. But I’m not about appearances. I’m about the food. The server was a little preoccupied and took a bit to get her attention but once she saw us she was more than attentive. We took our seats and went to the task of deciding. We all ordered one dish each to share and 2 appetizers. The starters were fresh spring rolls and cheese Rangoon. Let me tell you they lived up to the restaurant’s name…delish was spot on. The dishes were shrimp cashew nut stir-fry, chicken pad see ew, chicken green Thai curry, and of course Pad Thai. They were all delectable. We were not disappointed. One thing that was different was the Jasmine tea, it was sweetened. Not sure if that was a regional thing in Thailand but it wasn’t awful. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be returning soon. Like I said don’t let the appearances dictate your choice or try this place. Oh yeah, if I had one suggestion it would be to have some music going. Preferably something from the region the owners come from. It was too quiet

Delicious meal! Our group enjoyed all the dishes… papaya salad, fried wontons, tomkha shrimp soup, sweet and sour chicken, cashew chicken and basil fried pork. Each dish prepared freshly and served. Very generous servings. Good luck with your restaurant!

What a fun tasty experience! I’ve never had Thai food before but love flavour. So we tried it out. The area is sketch and looks sketch but it’s really a gem. All is freshly made and what makes it taste so great! It takes a little bit longer but she’s also a one woman show. And maybe because we chatted with her alot. But she cooks all by order.
We started with stuffed fried wontons and fresh made spring rolls that has fine glass noodles (forgot to take picture). Pad Thai (chicken and shrimp); red curry chicken; and cashew chicken as our main. All was very good. Fresh and flavourful.
The owner was so kind and helped us figure what to have. When you don’t know what things taste like it’s a bit overwhelming. But definitely try it.
The Red Curry chicken with rice was my favourite. Not spicy more sweet (has coconut milk) with perfectly made sticky rice. Cashew chicken was a good flavour and complimented the rest without all tasting the same. That was my husband’s favourite. The pad Thai was very tasty and my friends favourite. She enjoyed the shrimp in it.
The restaurant is new and the owners focus is the kitchen and her joy of cooking good fresh food. Which is what you’re going here for.
Esthetically it needs some help especially the bathroom. But you’re going there to eat. Her focus on the kitchen both cleanliness and freshness is what her main priority is. Eventually her business will be very successful and will be able to improve the surroundings. Maybe some added background music.
Price is right on. Reviews said pricey but we found them comparable and fair.

I’ve eaten at dozens of Thai restaurants in my life, and this was one of the best! The service was wonderful and timely (we did takeout). This was some of the best pad thai I’ve ever had! Not over-sauced or overly sweet as you get in some Canadian Thai restaurants. The noodles wwre cooked perfectly and had some bite. The curry and spring rolls were also top-notch. Will definitely be eating here again soon, and would highly recommend it to anybody in the Norfolk area *and beyond*!

My husband and I tried Thai Delish for our first time last night and we loved it! I had the Pad Thai and it was amazing. My husband got the Thai basil stir fry with egg and he could not believe how good it was, he couldn’t stop saying how much he was enjoying it. The serving sizes are great too! My husband ended up bringing left overs home. The service was also wonderful, the lady who was working was so sweet and made sure that we were happy and had everything we needed. Oooo and the ice tea there is SO good! We will definitely be going back soon!

Tasty delicious food! We ordered take out and had Chef Pad Thai, cashew chicken, red curry and the vegetables. All of the dishes were enjoyed and we would order from here again, however may I suggest less oil in the preparation, as we thought it was somewhat oily? We would order this every week! The reheated leftovers the following day were just as delicious! Thank you for coming to Simcoe.
