All I can say is wow! I have been a patron here for a while and they never cease to impress me with the quality of the food and customer service provided. Today I decided to try a new meal and it looks like a found a new favorite. It’s called Khao Soi. I highly suggest it. On top of all the good food I tried a new beer called Chang. It’s Thai and it as well is amazing

We ordered ahead of time, and they had it ready in under 15 min! I loved the Thai fried rice with tofu and the panang curry was the perfect flavor.

Went with my husband and our 9 month old son and it reminded us of all the amazing Thai places in a bigger city. They really know how to cook their food and there were so many things I could feed my child with out it being fried. I will definitely be coming back and I recommend the drunken noodles and Thai fried rice! We of course got it extra spicy and loved it! Also my waitress was super nice and loved talking with my son, I can’t wait to come back.

My husband and I tried this place recently and it was great in every aspect! It was easy to find, the atmosphere was nice and the service was really good. We split the Tom Kha Soup and it was excellent. My husband got the Panang curry with chicken and enjoyed it, especially with spicy chili oil at the table. I got the Khao Soi with noodles and shrimp—it was delicious! The portions were big so we got to enjoy left overs the next day. Everything at Thai Chili 98 was great, I would definitely come back.

We ordered 2 dishes. The drunken noodle ramen style is very good (36/50).

The Khao Soi is fine, average (30/50). It’s not my style and I prefer rice dishes. The vegetable spring rolls for $8.99 had two smaller rolls cut into two. Definitely not worth it (25/50). There is a complimentary vegetable soup that is solid 37/50 star.

Thai green tea: good, kind of floral (33/50). Overall, meh. But considering I’m in Western Colorado, I rounded up to a 4 star. If I was in Houston or Cali, I’d wouldn’t be as generous. Overall, I support local. Nice staff.

My wife and I just ordered out from here for the first time. We ate the food within 30 minutes of it being prepared. It tasted just OK… we both agreed that it was probably our least favorite Thai food restaurant we’ve eaten at. To make matters worse, woke up in the middle of the night to abdominal pain that lasted for about 6 hours until I threw up my entire meal… now the same with my wife. It’s definitely from the food… kind of alarming. Won’t be going here again.

This is a very good and traditional Thai restaurant. You can’t go wrong here. The chicken wings, sticky rice, and hot papaya salad are my classic go-to dishes. Wash it all down with some fresh Thai tea, and it’s a wrap! Pay a visit, and enjoy.

Update: The business has undergone a name change and a new look on the outside as a result. The food is still amazing and highly recommended.

What a pleasant and delicious surprise this place turned out to be! Fresh vegetables, flavorful broth, beautiful presentation and excellent service. Had the Red Curry Duck…delicious and just the right heat level for me.(I chose medium heat)

My friend had Pad Thai..also delicious.

We recently ordered food on their website and it stated that it would be ready at 6:57pm. After waiting patiently until 7:30pm, we decided to talk to the person running the register and filling orders. He asked the cook (Martin) to fill our order after about 5 other orders were cooked before ours and he continuously kept missing our whole order. The register person asked him two more times and he continued to cook 2 more orders before completing ours. As we watched in frustration 20 more minutes had passed.

We don’t usually make a fuss about service as we fully appreciate the sharing of culture, time, and food;however; having to wait for an additional hour was ridiculous.

As for the food the dishes were hit and miss. The coconut soup and fried rice were good but the curry and pad thai were mediocre. Overall, we may try it out again but they definitely need more experience which is odd because they own four other locations in Colorado.
