I had an exceptional experience with them yesterday. I wanted to celebrate my birthday with authentic Thai cuisine, and they exceeded my expectations. It is rare to find such a great atmosphere, excellent customer service, and, most importantly, outstanding food in the city center.
As someone who has visited Thailand 15 to 20 times, I can confidently say that this restaurant’s food is the closest I’ve had to authentic Thai cuisine outside of Thailand.

Staff are not very attentive and slow to take orders considering how quite the restaurant is, food ordered and was told after ordering that the kitchen does not serve egg on Friday and Saturdays … order cancelled and left. Disappointed with the service, can’t rate the food…. “bad service can ruin even the best food.”

We have been to Thai tho quite a lot due to the tasty food great service and atmosphere. We have never had a bad meal there and the service is always amazing. We have been twice before the theatre and we are never in a rush as the service is quick but not too quick.
The times we have been it has been fairly quiet but it’s nice to get away from the noisy streets of London.
The food is always fresh and tastes amazing and is hands down one of the best Thai restaurants we have ever been to!

As I mentioned in my earlier reviews, Thai food is always our family’s go-to option whenever we try a new place. We visited the Thai Tho restaurant near Chinatown, close to the Piccadilly Circus station. As usual, we ordered our favorite dishes: Green Curry and Red Curry, accompanied by fragrant Jasmine Rice. Both were perfectly made, and you can request the staff to make them spicy if you like. The restaurant has additional seating available upstairs. Please note that there is no parking directly at the restaurant, but you can find nearby parking options using JustPark or QPark.

Considering it’s location Thai Tho doesn’t at all feel like a tourist trap. The food is delicious and boasts plenty of pride, and it’s not too costly. The service is friendly, and the amenities are clean. I’ve been here a few times and it’s always a pleasure.
