The food is amazing. I ordered the Pad Thai and Thai tea during my lunch break. It was ready really fast, got both the drink and food at the same time. The Pad Thai has amazing taste, nice blend of meat, vegetables and noodle mix in. Thai tea gave me boost of energy. This was my first time coming as other co-workers recommend this place for lunch. Very friendly staffing and area. I’m between ordering next time the Kar Prow or Fried Rice for tomorrow’s lunch.

First Visit—Pixel took my order and was very friendly and helpful. Food came out quickly and was fresh and delicious. Fresh Rolls (4 pieces) were tasty with very yummy peanut sauce. Pad Prik King with Beef was delicious. It’s a bit pricey for the vibe and the fact that you have to order, pickup your own food, and clean up your own table, yet still asked to tip (I did give $5 bc Pixel was so great). But it shouldn’t be required or even truly expected! Total $32!
This is a small storefront within a larger Food Hall at The Windmill Food Hall.
Outside seating could be better if it wasn’t blocked by the fence without any view. Inside seating is large yet dark and unappealing. Again it’s for All the food places altogether. There’s plenty of parking—large, Free parking lot.

We had a great Sunday lunch. Enjoying mimosas and watching football at the bar. I ordered Tom Kha with tofu: delicious and great. My husband had pad kra pao: the pork was deliciously crispy and the vegetables fresh and perfectly prepared.

I’ve eaten a lot of Pad Thai. This one is just “meh”. It was quite salty and lackluster in flavor. The chicken was dry. If you’re craving Pad Thai, it gets the job done, but that’s about it. There’s a meme about not making Pad Thai at home because it’s cheaper and tastier to get it from a restaurant. In this case, I think it would have actually tasted better if I made it myself.
I’ve given this place 3 stars because the service was friendly (enough), and the food was out quick. But I can’t say that I will be back.

Was pleasantly surprised to find a Thai place at this food court at the Windmill in Carlsbad. The rolls with shrimp with peanut sauce was excellent I will definitely be back again sorry that the picture shows after I’ve already eaten a half of a roll

A few months later, we’re back in town and had to get the pad kee mao again, this time we also ordered pad thai and pad see ew – they were all good but the drunken noodles are still my fav.

Saw a picture of the drunken noodle from another reviewer and I just had to try. It definitely did not disappoint! Wow smell and taste amazing! A tad on spicy side which I love, wish the portion was bigger!

Ordered online amd went to pick it up. The whole food court is On Fire! So many families, young people, with good music background and very nice vibe! Everybody was happy, calm, smiling, friendly, I was nicely suprised! When i found the Thai Style, I was surprised again, the front girl, who is very authentic, friendly, organized, efficient, she is not Thai, but African American! Then all staff in the kitchen, are Mexican! And when I got the food (which is immediately!), the food smells and feels So Gooood. I went back tje hotel room, and we dived in! In a gllomy day like this, we have fresh coooked food: meat, soup, noodle and rice, xooked perfectly.
Are they Thai American, like Elon Musk is African American? Hahahahah, they really did a good job, impressed 2 Asians who know how to cook (both American and Asian cuisines) very well!
So, drunken noodles has no pictures because it went down so fast.
Both soups, tom yum kung and tom yum gai are good, come with different veggies which says a lot about how much they care ❤
Jasmine rice is cooked to perfection too.
Everything is super fresh.
The taco restaurant on Carlsbad BLVD we went yesterday was unhappy about my negative review, and I didnt even mention the grilled fish in their taco was unfresh and stinky, one taco prices at $5.95….at a McDonald kind of set-up place aka “semi-self service” per the owner….I am thinking to take down one star from the original 2 star rating. I had a bad upset stomach until late night after the meal last night, meanwhile I have diguest the errogant reply from the restaurant owner. I dont want to waste my time to tell her, because I will have nothing nice to say but 1, if you dont feed customerswith stinky fish, your business might not suffer as bad as it is.
And 2, xome and check out all the excellent food places in this Food Mall, the food all smell great and customers all look happy. They dont swem have a hard time to survive, and they dont have to deceive customers by charging high prices for rotten food. No place is out of business although they dont have a premium location like you do.
An honest business with good staff like Thai Style, will always thrive and be loved.
I will definitely come back very soon.

We stopped by for dinner to wait out the traffic before heading back home to SD. Both the drunken noodles and Thai green tea tasted delicious and authentic! Very pleased to have this amazing Thai place in the food hall. Decent value for tasty Thai food. Also, shout out to the amazing cashier and cooks! Super friendly and professional. We will definitely come back to try their other dishes!

I ordered pad thai with shrimp, the register person thought I said chicken. They didn’t bother to check with me again what protein I wanted. When I got the pad thai I took it back and they referenced the receipt which showed chicken. They also didn’t offer to correct it or admit that they got the order wrong.

The food court is great, the service and food are not.

It’s located inside the Windmill food hall, first floor, food court style. There are a lot of seats and tables available, including outdoor seating, nice dinning environment. We ordered Thai fried rice with pork belly, Pad See Ew, and Pad Thai with shrimp. The fried rice was our favorite. The pork belly was fried and it tastes so good. Two 8 year old girls finished the whole box pretty fast 🙂 size is generous. My picture only shows like half of the amount. Shrimp pad Thai is good as well. Noodles are a bit soft but shrimps are toasted, yum-yum! Pad See Ew was not cooked well. It’s too salty and some ingredients were burned so taste bitter… I can only rate one star for Pad See Ew.
