Visited Thai Square, Windsor after around three years with my family. The restaurant looks largely unchanged and the menu still offers a good selection. However, compared to our previous visit, both the food quality and service appear to have declined, while prices have noticeably increased.

Although the range of dishes remains appealing, the portion sizes and overall quality were better during our last visit. This time, the experience didn’t quite match the value we remembered.

Overall, not a bad meal, but it fell short of expectations given the price point and our past experience. There are stronger options around Windsor offering better value and consistency.

Pad Thai and fried rice were delicious, the Som Tum wasn’t bad either but the green curry wasn’t quite to our expectation. Staff were friendly but they forgot our crackers; not a big deal. The place looks fresh/light and quite large, good for big groups.

We first visited 2021 and the food was really great, we kept thinking about coming back afterwards. We came back 2024 and the menu has changed, the taste has unfortunately changed as well. Food was okay but it was definitely lacking something. Great ambiance though and lovely staff. Attaching photos from 2021 that I wish they’d bring back in the menu.

Looks can be deceiving. I returned here in excitment, craving the taste from my birthday a few years ago. I was informed they had changed hands and not the same but i refused to belive it until today. The starters where the best but my apetite closed up tasting the chew noodles in my pad thai, the sweetness in the red ( ) curry and the sticky.. hard to break and informed it gets hard when oxygen touches it in 5 to10 minutes. ( i’ve had sticky rice before it takes a good few hours for it to be unbreakable by a spoon). The drinks (sprite and diet coke) i can not complain about. Unfortunately i cant return here unless something changes.

The place is beautifully decorated and lit well. The cocktails were garnished and tatsed well. I found the food great and well priced. The portions were well sized and were great for the price.

️ Unassuming place for the outside when you are walking by. However, has a lot of space inside! Overall all nice interior.

Food was good. Decent soups, tasty Phad Tai. I didn’t find the dishes quite spicy. But, you can always add more spice.

The have plenty of vegetarian options.

️ Right next to paid parking. However, it is free after 9pm.

Good spot to walk around the city after if before your meal.

Sticky tables and sticky rice!

Delicious salt and pepper squid and pretty nice curries. Papaya salad underwhelming and over priced at nearly 12 pounds.  Ok service, kept forgetting our water and no knifes on table. That said we enjoyed our meal, it was full of flavour and the decor inside is very nice!

We had a lovely dinner here. The food was great, service little absent minded in terms of taking away empty glasses etc – a table for 2 doesn’t have much space! But the food was definitely worth it!

The food at Thai Square is amazing! There are veg and non-veg options. We went as a large family with some of us who are vegetarian and some who do eat meat. We were all very happy with what we ate and the food was delicious. The picture in this review is of a vegetarian platter which I shared with my wife.

The staff are very friendly, courteous and accommodating. They were also able to cater to a family member who has a gluten intolerance and were able to make the Drunken Noodles dish gluten friendly.

Great food, great service and great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend a visit to Thai Square Windsor.

First visit to Thai Square in Windsor tonight. We hadn’t booked but we were found a table by a very friendly and helpful member of staff.

The food was so good and I was thrilled with the veggie choice. Really tasty, hot and all served by a friendly, cheerful staff.

We will definitely return and would definitely recommend to others.
