I was really disappointed with my experience here. The dining room was extremely dirty — tables were sticky, the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept in a while, and there was visible grime on the walls and around the drink station. It made it hard to feel comfortable enjoying a meal.

I ordered through the drive-thru and the order taker sounded anxious and unfriendly. I understand it was probably rush hour, but that doesn’t excuse being unfriendly.
At the window she continued rushing and wasn’t welcoming. This is not the standard I expect from Panera Bread. I won’t be coming back.

That poor place. We were there at 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday 2/7 to get a quick bite to eat before heading to parkland college for a performance. They were understaffed and the place was dirty. The staff seem to be haggard and tired. One staff member was on her phone while working and emptying the garbage and then let the garbage bag sit there. The place was dirty and unkempt, napkins, food on the floor. It was actually really sad. I hope they can come back from this.

Tables are always dirty. They’re not cleaning and wiping it down fast enough. Don’t order a bowl of soup because they will cheat you by giving cup size portion in a bowl. Had to go online to find out the truth about this. If a customer is spending the extra money to get a bigger portion please don’t steal from your customer.

The staff is great here, but the food suffers from the overall decline of the Panera brand. At this point, the food is barely worth what you pay for it. If you like Panera in its current state, then this would be considered a solid location.
The order kiosks have improved over the last year, but now there are only two instead of four. Not an issue when we ordered but might be doing a lunch or dinner rush.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru with 1 car ahead of me, all I ordered was a sandwich and Mac and cheese. Never seen a worker walk slower

This is a convenient location if you work around the surrounding area. Double check your order as they have a tendency to change recipes and ingredients in salads and are very consistent on not giving you your complete order. Staff is friendly.
