Established Thai restaurant that consistently produces quality food. Much of the quality lies in the fresh ingredients. Nothing seemed factory prepped. Our server was attentive but not overly annoying. Pad Thai that rivals any I’ve had anywhere. The chopped peanuts are placed on the side allowing the diner to place what they want and prevents soggy peanuts! We ordered both dishes with shrimp. The shrimp were ample in size and tender, not over cooked.

My husband, friends, and I had a wonderful early dinner experience here! We sat on the patio overlooking the river, which added to the ambiance. Our server was fantastic – attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.
One highlight was when I requested extra spicy drunken noodles, and our server asked me to rate my desired level of heat from 1-5. I chose 3, and it was spot on! We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
*Pro Tip:* Don’t hesitate to ask for modifications – the staff is happy to accommodate your requests!

For the longest time I really never wanted to try Thai food, even though my wife kept insisting. I finally did, and this place is amazing!! I’ve had the drunken noodles and the basil fried rice, and you just can’t beat the flavors! I’m hooked now! Sometimes parking can be a challenge, but just goes to show you how good it is!

This place is fantastic. The service is always great, fast, and they have outdoor seating next to the river (hence the name). They’re always friendly and this place became a staple of lunch breaks when we worked in Kingsport. Another restaurant I wish I could bring to JC with me. My recommendations are the Siam Noodles which are spicy, and a Thai iced tea. This place rocks

We really enjoyed the food here on a May Friday evening. They weren’t busy and we were seated right away. I had the mango fried rice with chicken which was wonderful. The pineapple fried rice was really good. I walked by the river afterwards which was really nice. Check them out if you get a chance!

Our food was probably the best I’ve ever had. Thia food at its finest! I had Shrimp paradise and my wife had Thia Sweet and Sour Chicken. We also ordered the crab Rangoon. Omg it was so delicious. The sauce that came with it was out of this world. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

We went for lunch and had the Fancy Chicken, absolutely excellent. Pineapple fried rice w/chicken, and Spring Rolls, both very good. 5 stars for the food. The down side, small restaurant and parking is at a premium. And although the food is great, $42 for lunch seems a bit steep. Lastly, the mens restroom smelled extremely moldy, I wouldn’t recommend it.
