Thai Princess is a small but cute restaurant. I have only ordered take out from there and haven’t dined in. The staff are always nice and great you with a smiling face. The Thai fried rice is delicious! They give you plenty of food, I usually eat off of one take out for a few days. I love spicy food, I order the spice level hot and it’s good. If you order the dinner portion during lunch they will still give you soup and salad. I def recommend

Was in Bloomfield for an event and the wife wanted tmsome Thai food before we head back home to Lansing.
And by far this little hidden spot have some of the better Thai food we came across in this area. The food were on point. From the Pad Thai, beef Salad, papaya salad to the curry we enjoyed every bite of it.
Service was great very kind people that run this establishment, and our server he was awesome very tentative and great.
When we order even though it’s just the 2 of us we tend to order a lot and the food was very flavorful.

What a beautiful gem, delicious food served with beautiful presentation in a lovely, vibrant, decadent setting despite the small space. Friendly staff to boot! Located in an unassuming strip mall with plenty of parking too. I ordered the Pad Pak.

I got Pad Thai, and my wife had the panang curry. Both were good, but not the best I’ve had. The restaurant is small and has a nice feel to it. The owner/manager was great, and was super nice to our boys. Overall a pleasant experience and worth our time and money.

Absolutely wonderful. I am surprised not a lot of people are actually in the restaurant, but are ordering take out instead. This is such a cute spot. The restaurant is cute. The service is wonderful. Honestly, if you want the full experience you should come and dine in instead of doing take out. The restaurant is clean, and the service makes sure to keep the area nice and organized. The food is amazing. Absolutely delicious. The spring rolls were cooked to perfection. The mango chicken was amazing as well. The tea was also very good; I have never seen or tasted blue tea as good as this one. This was one of the best Thai places I ever been. This is definitely worth checking out in person. Dont doordash. Enjoy this eating at this restaurant. It is so cozy and quaint that it will certainly elevate your food experience (also, they have quite a banger playlist playing.) Absolutely wonderful. Will come back again.

I genuinely love Thai Princess. When it’s on point, it’s the best Thai food in the area, without question.

******For the best experience, I recommend dining in for weekday lunch. Service is faster and more attentive, the lunch specials are excellent, and the food quality tends to be more consistent.*******

That said, over the past year the food quality has become inconsistent. The same fried rice ordered the same way can taste noticeably different depending on the day. A Wednesday order might be perfectly balanced and flavorful, while that exact dish on a Saturday falls short. Consistency is key, especially for returning customers who know what the dish should taste like.

Service during peak hours is another challenge. On busy Saturday nights, the restaurant is often clearly understaffed. One server may be handling greeting, seating, taking orders, running food, bussing tables, answering phones, processing payments, and packing takeout orders… which inevitably slows everything down. The staff works hard, but the workload during rushes feels unrealistic for one person. Adding another team member during high-traffic hours would likely make a significant difference.

These are fixable operational issues, not fundamental problems. I’ve eaten here many times because I truly enjoy the food and want the restaurant to succeed. I’ve also worked several years in food and beverage, both front and back of house, so I understand how demanding service can be.

One additional thought: expanding into the adjacent vacancy in this building could be a smart move. The restaurant could easily fill more tables with additional space. I have waiting for take out many times during dinner rushes here and watched customers walk in and walk out because there wasn’t a table available.

Best Thai food I’ve had in the US. 1000/10. Beautiful restaurant and phenomenal service. Plus they have HALAL and vegetarian options! Amazing. So glad I had the privilege of eating here. Thank you!

I have ordered delivery from Thai Princess twice now, and cannot say enough about the food and presentation. The Mango Shrimp Delight was absolutely amazing (plentiful, deliciously fried shrimp in a lovely sweet mango sauce). And, I never expected to say this, but the chive pancakes are a rival of crab rangoons for best appetizer! Overall love this place!

Small, cozy Thai spot with pretty good food overall. From the drink to dessert, everything was solid. The coconut pudding stood out—really good, even after a full meal.
