I was a bit aprehensive about going for a meal here after reading some of the reviews but I had nothing to worry about. After living and working in Thailand, plus eating in lots of Thai restaurants across the UK, both the dishes and service were what I expect from a real Thai restaurant with Thai staff. The food was served quickly, tasted lovely and perfely displayed on the plate. The drinks were served quickly and both the Thai members of staff that we spoke to were very friendly, chatty and helpful.
Thank you for a lovely meal.

This spot is great if you are looking for the authentic thai food. And the vibes are chill and comfy. The staff is great to talk too, even for recommendations they were helpful. We enjoyed it very much, would definitely go there again.

My mum goes to the Thai pop up all the time and really likes it so i decided to go for the first time, i ordered the tom yum soup and didn’t even eat one bite as there was a hair in my food, the green curry doesn’t come with rice??? when my mum asked about it the lady serving us had not a very nice attitude and then not even 5 minutes later a table near us was trying to order the Thai green curry and was told it didn’t come with rice ( when we ordered it wasn’t said.) partway into our meal a one of the servers came up to our table asking how our food was my mum started to say that we weren’t very happy but the lady had just turned her back on my mum and left. Really disappointing considering how much my mum was raving about how good this place was. The mango sticky rice is good though.

I don’t understand the negative comments. I was worried because of them but everything was so good. As an Asian myself I had a hard time finding a good Asian restaurant! This one is so so good really ! And the staff is super nice ! And food comes fast

We have been here a few times. Usually busy but food arrives fairly quickly. We usually order a bunch of dishes to share. Food tastes good though we wouldn’t say they are the most authentic Thai. But I think it works for the customer base here. Appetizers are only 4 pieces so I was hardly able to take any photos before they are snapped up! The Gyozas and fried rice are our best items tonight. We are glad that the Pad Thai did not come with tomato sauce as they often do in the US. Would have been great if server brought plates seeing that we are sharing our dishes. We had to ask several times.

Quick service and yummy food. We had fish cakes, sweet corn fritters, curry chicken, and a combo dish. They all tasted hot and yummy.
But the portion was small, making this place somewhat expensive. Last time I had a takeout and the portion was small too.

I have visited several times, but this is the first time I’ve experienced racial discrimination from three Thai waitresses. We are Asian. When I placed my order, waitress A served me with a cold and indifferent attitude. When my friend asked for four bowls because we ordered noodle soup and it would be hard to use plates, waitress A immediately showed displeasure in serving us, putting the bowls down with a sour face and leaving right away. I then noticed several times that waitress A was smiling and cheerful while serving white customers.
One of the dishes had carrots that were clearly sour and spoiled. We asked waitress A to replace it, but she pretended not to understand and repeatedly asked what we wanted. I had to insist that she replace it. Then, waitress B handed me the food very close to my face, startling me and making me feel uncomfortable.
When paying, I handed the money to waitress C. I believe everyone, regardless of their position, deserves respect. Waitress C returned the change with some force, placing it on the table for me to pick up myself. I felt truly disrespected and experienced racial discrimination. I admire their teamwork, and if they could apply this unity to providing good service and respecting others, I would consider coming back. The food is really good, but sometimes the weather is very hot this week, and I understand the kitchen can be very busy. Mistakes can be forgiven, but I cannot tolerate racial discrimination!

And to me is soo tasteful. I love everything i ordered, specially the tom yam ramen.
For one person is around £15.
My thai friend said its a fusion food, not authentic but its good.

Hidden away on the charming outskirts of St. Andrews, Scotland, lies a family-run Thai restaurant that offers a culinary journey straight to the heart of Southeast Asia.
The menu displayed an array of tantalizing dishes, and we started our Thai escapade with the fried squid. Despite being slightly on the expensive side for a starter, the squid’s perfect marination and sublime frying technique justified the cost. It was a scrumptious introduction to what was to come.
The main course was a gastronomical triumph. We savored the pork kaprow paired with fried egg rice, an aromatic ensemble that transported our taste buds straight to the bustling street markets of Thailand. The dish was a spicy delight, offering just the right level of heat for a stimulating kick without overpowering the intricate layers of flavor.
The innovative fusion of Thai flavors with a Japanese favorite was evident in their Tom Kha Ramen. It presented a creamy soup, brimming with the tangy tamarind undertones that masterfully balanced the dish’s overall saltiness. Their Tom Yum Ramen followed suit but lacked the expected spicy note. Yet, it would be an absolute treat for those who enjoy the flavor profile of Tom Yum soup without its characteristic fiery punch.
What impressed us the most was the generous portions of seafood and noodles in both ramen dishes. Each spoonful was a hearty mix of texture and taste, making them a good value for money.
In conclusion, this hidden gem in St. Andrews is a standout in the realm of Thai cuisine. With its delightful food, charming atmosphere, and attentive service, it has become my go-to Thai destination. I eagerly anticipate making many more trips to this establishment to sample the rest of their mouthwatering menu.
