No spoon, no fork, no napkin. Had to go back for my crab Rangoon that I paid for. There were only 3 in bag and no crab—just chips! Guy was miserable! No receipt so can’t get credit on this order. Dang! Why is he still employed?!?

Asked for silverware so I could sit and eat. Lady said they were by the fountain machine. None there, went and asked again. She looked under cabinets, said there were none and went back to serving food. I went behind counter, got my silverware. Place needs cleaned!

I went to the drive through today and waited just about 30 minutes in line. The food is good and never have I got bad food, but the service just needs work. They always have issues with the drive through speaker but never leave a note or anything. I was just very disappointed I had to wait 30 minutes alone with 4 other cars so i couldn’t get out.

The service was terrible. Didn’t have very many entrees to choose from. Had to wait when my food was already at the register. Tried to charge me for things that were not mine. Gave me the incorrect change and had to ask for the rest. Got home with food and did not get my FORTUNE COOKIE.

Food was great but service was terrible the girl at the window didn’t allow me to order without saying “what else what else” over and over again. And she was to busy saying “what else” she forgot to charge me for a coke. Then a boy comes to the window and I ask him to charge me for a coke and he closed the window on me without saying anything. Horrible do better

The food is tasty and they have a lot of options. The chow mein, orange chicken, and beef broccoli are really good. They also have bottled soda or water or you can get fountain drinks.
However my main gripe is its a little expensive! I guess that can’t be helped but for the plate it’s at least $12 if you get a drink as well.

I am severely disappointed to say the least. I came in to the drive thru just before the lunch rush to order a bowl of Black Pepper Steak with super greens. I was told it would be an awhile before it was ready. I asked and was told 8-10 minutes and was more than willing to wait. I was then told I HAD to come inside if I wanted to wait and they couldn’t just pull me forward and bring out my order like they have before in the past.
I said that’s kind of weird you have before but no matter I’ll get the Beef & Broccoli with Super Greens. When I tell you I am BEYOND disappointed, I got 2 tiny pieces of what can barely be considered meat or bites of beef from my “Beef & Broccoli”
I feel like I was completely dismissed by the employees and management said they were “too busy” to come to the window and speak with me.
For the amount I spent of $9 I did NOT get $9 worth of what I actually ordered.

I love Panda Express for it’s consistent quality and its syrupy sweet take on Chinese-like food; I just didn’t like it at this location today. Instead of the expected good sized portions of chunks of tender chicken, coated in their proprietary treacly glazing, I received small portions of pebble sized poultry. Disappointing.
