Really good restaurant. Some perks…

1. We ordered below dishes and they are all good.
– Fried tofu – crunchy and good with sauce.
– Basil Thai with chicken – spicy (I choose medium) and good
– Garlic stir fry with chicken and shrimp – Absolute best, really flavorful.
– Jasmine tea – good

2. Less seating capacity but can accommodate large group.

3. Service is good and fast.

4. Spent around $150 for 7 people. So better prices.

This was a happy mistake that we came here. We passed by it on our way to a different restaurant, but the wait was so long, we left and came back to Thai Palace. It’s a medium sized, family owned, mom and pop shop with a surprisingly large menu and very tasty food. With all of the eating options in Pigeon Forge, we were surprised to see that this place has survived, but I truly believe it is needed.
We had the fried calamari and it was tasty. Most likely it was frozen and deep fried, but still good.
I had the tofu pad see ew and it was delicious! A very generous portion and seasoned well. I really enjoyed it. BF had the red curry with squid and shrimp and he said it was very good. The rice portion was huge. This was a great find and I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The service was a bit slow but otherwise everything was great. The food was on point and nicely cooked. We had Jain (no onion, potato and no garlic) Drunken noodles and masaman curry . The quantity was also good enough for 2 people

Food was good and portions were decent. Family owned and run business, the mom can definitely cook haha. Daughter running front of house, she is a bit shy but service was good.

Great atmosphere, service and delicious food! A friend and I shared the Spring Rolls, Calamari, Pork Pad Thai, Eggplant Stir Fry and she had the Tom Yum Goong. We will definitely be back soon! THE BEST THAI PLACE IN SEVIER COUNTY!!

DO NOT GO HERE
It’s just a small business w/ 1 waitress few times we’ve been & limited seating. Personally, would like to keep this place secret so to have quicker service.

[sarcastically]
It’s a loud, chaotic atmosphere, that triggered my PTSD.
Waitress is rude & unpleasant.
Food is not original at all, not clean tasting and leaves you feeling lethargic (IYKYK).
Above all else
Never Order the Chicken Satay!!!

The service is great, they’re quick and kind. The food itself was okay but I’ve had much better Thai. The lunch special is a good deal so I’d still probably go back just for that, it was $13 for an appetizer and main dish I believe. The portions are lunch sized, not enough to have leftovers. We got spring rolls and tom kha soup for appetizers and then pad thai (not pictured) egg noodles, massaman curry w/ chicken, and garlic chicken. We got level medium, which had no heat at all (probably a 2 on the 1-10 scale).

I recently dined at Thai Palace and had a mixed experience. While the food was quite good, I was disappointed with the service. The staff member who greeted us didn’t acknowledge us at all when we entered, which felt unwelcoming.

Additionally, I was surprised to find a 4% transaction fee added to the bill when paying by card. At $15.99 per meal, I expected that charge to be included. This fee was only mentioned in small print at the bottom of the check, which felt a bit misleading. it would have been nice to know upfront.

Overall, the food was tasty, but the service and billing practices could use improvement..

We’ve been to this place a few times now, and it never disappoints. The Penang curry absolutely slaps. Our kids love the crispy tofu and chicken satay. The prices are extremely reasonable, and the service is always on point.
