My husband and I went there on Monday night. It was cold and dark inside, and no one was in the restaurant. We sat down and the server turned on the light for us, but it was still too dim to see the menu. We had to ask again. Later the server told us that we were his first table of the day.
There are a lot of options on the menu, and we ordered 4 dishes, and they all tasted great.

Absolutely delicious meal tonight… All dishes full of flavour. We had Choo Chee curry, light perfectly cooked fish, crispy batter and spicy curry sauce. The second main was stir fried eggplant with pork…a chef creation. Also full of flavour and delicious. We have been a few times to Thai Memory but this was a stand out experience. Would love to try some of their other new options. Really happy we went with their suggestions!

It’s been a while since I had incredible Thai food. Was looking for a restaurant nearby to where I was. This incredible place popped up, it doesn’t look much from the outside, you are in for a treat the chef has been cooking for 20+years. Will be back for sure
Caution their food is on the spicy side, they don’t do mild but can make it hotter if desired.

I got pad thai and green curry with coconut rice. Found a piece of metal scrubber in my pad thai, thankfully before I put it in my mouth.. Curry and rice is good, pad thai is too salty and sweet for my taste

My wife and I stopped by Thai Memory Restaurant today, we don’t live in the area but I have been wanting to eat there for a long time.
We got there around 3pm and I think the owner was caught off guard or surprised to have eat in guest at that time, because he thought that we were there for a pick up order, but we were quickly seated and he gave us plenty of time to decide what we would order. I appreciated the fact that the owner left us alone but he did refill my water, I don’t enjoy eating at restaurants where the waiter or waitress keeps coming to our table to ask how everything is, if something is wrong, I will let the staff know, having peace and quiet made for a nice dinner date for my wife and I, I also appreciated the decor or the restaurant, it looked very authentic to how Thai restaurants would be decorated.
The food was awesome, I have no issues with the quality or taste of the food that we ordered and whoever the cook is, she did a great job with the flavors and how the food was prepared.
this restaurant does not deserve any negative reviews, people should appreciate having a restaurant like this in their small town. I will certainly eat there again; there are no other restaurants in the area that offers authentic Thai food like this restaurant does.

The best Thai food I have ever had, even compared to restaurants in Toronto. Each dish was incredible, strong flavour, spice, well plated. Portions appear small but you won’t be disappointed, they fill you up. Truly impeccable flavour in every dish we ordered as a group of 5 with 2 children under the age of 3. There was enough variety in what we ordered that they were enjoying everything that wasn’t too spicy, if your going with kids, recommend the chicken satay (sauce is spicy but delicious for adults), mango salad, fried veggie spring rolls and fresh rolls (both great) and the steak pad see-ew.

This is a genuine hidden treasure in Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley. Located in a refurbished former bank in the rural community of Aylesford, the food at this restaurant was truly amazing. The menu was shockingly extensive and the prices were reasonable. We had three main dishes, lychee beef, beef pad thai, and imperial chicken. We also had a couple of appetizers. Everything was excellent. The restaurant decor reminded me so much of Southeast Asia. To be honest, the preparation of the food took a fairly long time. However, I suspect that this had something to do with the large number of takeout orders being prepared. In any case, the food was well worth the wait. It far exceeded my expectations. Again, a real culinary treasure located in the most unexpected of places. Highly recommend.

We used to go all the time when this restaurant was in Hamilton, and are glad we made the detour on the way to Halifax to get dinner! If you’re nearby and like Thai food it’s a must stop.

I didn’t take pictures because I honestly was just so in love with the place and the atmosphere. From the second we walked in, I knew I would go back. The owner was great, most definitely NOT rude. My wife and I actually had a chuckle at how great the serving experience was. Direct, fast and to the point. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
I got the Drunken Noodles(sorry, I forget the correct Thai name) and I knew it said they were spicy. I love spicy. Generally, most restaurants advertise something as spicy and it’s no spicier than black pepper. The noodles were quite spicy, probably the spiciest dish I’ve had in any restaurant. At no time did the spice level take away from the overall(incredible) flavor of the dish. It was the PERFECT amount of spice. I even ate all the dried chilli.
The Spring Rolls,oh my, that sauce that comes with them,oh my!
Not sure why it took us so long to get out to this restaurant but we will be back again and again. There are many more things I want to try from the menu!

Picked up Thai Memory yesterday and it was delicious! We ordered a variety of different dishes – Panang Curry, Herbed Chicken, Pad Thai. Each one was flavourful and unique.
We have plenty more for supper tonight – and I’m already looking forward to leftovers.
Give this wonderful local gem a try. Having access to authentic, fresh and delicious Thai food in the valley is so fortunate. Please support a local business!
