Clean facility, but the food quality and service were deeply disappointing.
“I decided to give this establishment a chance despite the mixed reviews, as recent ratings suggested things had improved. While I appreciated that the restaurant appeared very clean and well-maintained, the actual dining experience fell far short of expectations.
I ordered the Beef Fried Rice with a specific request for the beef to be well done, as I strictly do not consume undercooked meat. Unfortunately, this request was ignored. Upon arriving home, I found the beef was half-cooked. To add to the disappointment, the dish itself showed a lack of quality; instead of proper fried rice, it appeared to be plain white rice with a yellow tint.
The service was equally disheartening. I did not feel welcomed as a guest; rather, the interaction felt as though I was an inconvenience to the staff. I regret not inspecting my food before leaving the restaurant, but I expected a higher level of care and quality control. I am now left ordering a pizza for dinner.”

Not gonna lie I was skeptical to come here because of the rating BUT I’m glad I did. I’m from NY and I’m picky with my Chinese but this place is a solid 5 stars!
I got sweet and sour chicken with vegetable fried rice. Glad I took a photo because it was gone in 5 mins. The flavor blew me away, the sauce was thick, and it had multiple vegetable..not just onions and peas.
Highly recommend this spot! Thank me later by thumbs up-ing this review!!!

Ordered take out from Chinese one on April 15,2025 at around 830pm. I ordered the chicken and broccoli with pork fried rice. Because it was a combo I got a small pork egg roll with it. I also ordered of crab ragoons with red sauce. The business was not busy at all and I got my order within 10 minutes all the food was piping hot. The crab ragoons were top notch, were not over cooked or oily, they had pretty good amount of cream cheese filling and was delicious. The rice chicken was also pretty good. Not the best Chinese I ever had but it’s pretty good. $21 for a meal drink, and the crab ragoons is kinda pricey for a single person. The atmosphere in the business was that of any other Chinese restaurant. 4/5 stars. This location does not offer delivery.

If you’re looking for authentic and flavorful Chinese food in Crestview, China 1 is the spot. I recently ordered the #42 Singapore Mei Fun, and it was absolutely fantastic.
The thin rice noodles were cooked to perfection—not greasy at all—and had that beautiful, signature yellow hue from the curry seasoning. What I loved most was the generous portion of shrimp, roast pork, and chicken mixed in with the fresh, crunchy vegetables. It has just the right amount of “kick” from the curry without being overly spicy.
Everything was fresh, hot, and ready right on time. If you’re a fan of savory, aromatic noodle dishes, do yourself a favor and order the #42 next time you’re here. This is easily my new favorite go-to meal in town!

First time we ever had this place. Ordered chicken fried rice and chicken chow mein. Gotten these things several times from different places across the country, but no one has ever done it like china one in Crestview. Nothing fried about the chicken fried rice, looked boiled. Same with the chow mein, saw one noodle and mostly just onion and more boiled chicken. Smelled terrible. Threw it away and went to arbys, that’s how you know. If this is how they do it, fine I guess, but if this is how they do the basics, I will not be back to try anything else.

They should be arrested for the size of their eggroll I mean goodness! And the color of the chicken on the inside was not consistent. This poorly wrapped, scorched hot mess went to the trash. Wasnt missing out on much but $2.03 anyways.

We stopped by Publix to grab something quick, but I saw this and thought we’d try it.
I spent $28 and can’t eat any of it. The RAW sushi was hot. The shrimp tempura roll was made with the little baby popcorn shrimp. And the lo mein was several days old and reheated. I know bc the noodles were literally stained like they’d been laying next to the pork for several days. Also, why is the pork dyed red?
The girl behind the counter cut me off mid sentence while ordering, and the restaurant itself needs MAJOR upgrades.
