Thai Maison fried rice, I’ve waited for so long to come back to Bellingham just for this restaurant and this dish! It was just as good as this first time I had it, I forgot to take a picture before digging into it. Perfect tender medium steak, perfect sunny-side up egg, perfect tamarind sauce! I also love that they offer many vegan options, even vegan Thai tea, so my partner can also enjoy them. Can’t wait to try their Tom Yum fried rice that I bought to-go!

Absolutely stellar. Came here to try something new and left with a new place to go if I crave Thai food. Ordered the Choo-Chee Curry with crispy cod (2* spice), a creamy coconut lemonade, and mango ice cream for dessert. The flavor of the curry was wonderful, with a perfect fry on the cod that held up to the curry sauce. As for the portion, even someone with my kind of appetite found it to be plenty; The perfect size if you want to split with a friend. If you like lemon tarts, the creamy coconut lemonade is like a lemon tart in a glass. And finally, the mango ice cream was a refreshing end to the meal. Service was super kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere of the place put me at ease. Looking forward to trying something new the next time I visit.

I true Bellingham 5 ⭐️ experience! Our server, who seated us and took our order, was great, but was never seen again after ordering. Food came quick and ambiance was very pleasant considering the strip mall(ish) location. Fried eggs & lamb skewers w/ peanut sauce stood out! Duck was a nice offering, too. All dishes were delicious. We eat very spicy and opted for level 2, but will bump up to level 3 next time. Will be back!

We’ve been here several times and have tried different dishes every time – we’ve never been disappointed. The food is incredible and super flavorful, the staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere is perfect. We just ate here tonight and had Dan as our server. He was amazing! We had our 2 year old and infant with us and he made it the most friendly kid dining experience we’ve ever had. He just was super thoughtful the whole time with what we needed like plastic dishware and wipes, etc. Thank you Dan!

It’s a discreet but amazing Thai restaurant that I still think about every now and then!
The interior is very clean and spacious, staff were all very friendly, and the food was phenomenal without skimping on the portion.
My personal favourite was the Thai milk tea and soft shell crab curry. The curry itself was full of flavour and the crabs weee nicely seasoned with satisfying crunch.
Highly recommend you come and check it out!

I was not expecting to find such authentic and delicious Asian food in Bellingham! I found this place by chance while my mom was next door shopping at Trader Joe’s.
The decor inside is super cute and the restaurant is very clean. I was sat right away and I ordered food first while my mom was still grocery shopping. The food came out very quick and the portions were large. The food was also so delicious!! I liked every single thing that we ordered!
I just had to get the egg salt calamari because it sounded so unique. I liked how the calamari was not deep fried as well.
The lamb massaman curry came with rice and piece of roti. It was so good, and not too spicy.
My favorite was the pad siew which I got with chicken!
I also had an iced Thai milk tea. It tastes just like in Thailand.
If you are in the area and wanting really good Asian food then you need to check this place out!

We were driving through the area on a three day roadtrip to take our daughter to college and looking for something quick and relatively healthy that could accommodate gluten-free and vegan/vegetarian. (I’d had a hard time finding good food on the road and wasn’t as well prepared as I usually am, so I was on the verge of getting hangry.) Thai Maison came up as an option and the menu looked great. I had to call to place our order because the online ordering didn’t want to accept my credit card for some reason. The man who answered was friendly and helpful. Our order was ready when we arrived and all the staff we interacted with as we picked it up were friendly and kind.
The restaurant is in a strip mall but is bright and airy inside, with a great vibe. The place was almost full at 5:30 on a Sunday. The food was delicious. Large portions and really fresh and tasty. I tried the vegetable cakes, brussel sprouts and tofu larb, which is hard to find. My daughter had the fried rice. We are not Celiac so we aren’t as sensitive to cross contamination but the gf options were clearly marked on the menu and they seemed knowledgeable about what was safe. I stuffed myself and still had leftovers. I would absolutely eat here again.

Rare to find a place that serves soft shell crab. The amount of crab in the dish was more than I had expected. The texture of the crab was good. Sometimes the shell can be a bit chewy. I choose the 2 star spice level and it seemed to be spicier than two. The heat didn’t come from the normal red chili flakes but I don’t know what was used. Regardless it was a fabulous dish. I got the sticky mango rice. The toasted coconut on top of the rice made the dessert better for me. I would definitely eat here again
