Kylar was absolutely WONDERFUL. She treated us very nicely! It was our first time at this location, and the food was fantastic.
However, we did have to wait a bit over an hour, even though we were told it would be 30-40 mins. But, I’ll still give the overall experience 5 stars because of the great treatment and delicious food.

Great Texas steak in Albany. The steaks were cooked to perfection and there was a very good variety of sides with a good balance between healthy and self-indulgent. I loved the atmosphere and decoration. Service was really good even at a busy time. The waiter was very attentive. A true gem that happened to be very close to where we were staying.

This was my first time at this location. The host got us seated after 10 mins. I was shocked, b/c it was packed, but they were good at moving the crowd along. The waitress was very nice and provided excellent service. The potato wedges were my favorite. I had a great time and enjoyed a glass of red wine as well.

What a great place for steak and chops. Early bird from 4 to 6 offered a tender pork chop and 6oz steak, each with two sides. Also great frozen Margaretas and draft beers for $4.00. The rolls were equally enjoyable served warm with whipped butter.
A shout out to our waitress, Chelsea who had pink hair. Can’t miss her in the crowd. A great welcoming personality.
The bar area looked inviting too with sports on all the tv’s.

Ordered ribs, they came out and they were not right, tasted and looked “off”. They were great at offering another option, I ordered a steak. A steak that never came out of the kitchen until we were ready to leave. The 2 people I came with had finished eating and waited a rather ridiculous amount of time for my food to come out. At this point I was so upset I told them I no longer wanted the food. Over 40 minutes for a medium rare steak. They said I could take it home, no thank you it would not reheat as well. She took my “meal” off the check, super generous since I didn’t have a meal then offered me an e coupon. Seriously? Very disappointing.

Once seated we were presented with fresh baked rolls and whipped cinnamon butter.
Our drink order was taken promptly. We took advantage of the $4 margherita happy hour special.
My companion and I enjoyed the margaritas.
My companions liked their choice of entree. All the food was hot and tasty.
I enjoyed the steak tips, mashed potatoes and yummy green beans.
Our server was pleasant and quick.
Overall a good experience for our first visit here. We plan on coming back to try other items.

We decided to take this trip and invite an international staff with us ….they wanted american food and we couldn’t think of any other place than Texas. The smile that emitted from their faces was awesome and loved every second of it. The portions were perfect for all of our needs. They were very accommodating to all of our food allergies and made sure we were taken care of. Other than our waitress potentially forgetting to check on us (in all fairness, the place was packed). At the end of our meal our new international friend said ” This was the most American place I could have went to eat and im going to be full for days” on behalf on myself my significant other and our friend from over seas we wanted to say thank you for always treating us right.

After hearing so many great reviews of Texas Roadhouse, I finally went last night for dinner and the place was packed. The waitresses were super nice. You also get free refills for any non-alcoholic beverages. I was very disappointed for the Main Course.
For appetizers we got the Blooming Onion with Cajun Sauce and the combo appetizer with Potatoe Skins, Mozzarella Sticks and Boneless Wings. They also gave us Rolls with their Cinnamon Butter. I enjoyed the appetizers way more then the main course. The Blooming Onion was the first one I’ve ever tried and it was delicious. Their rolls are very delicious with the Cinnamon Butter. We ordered the Blackberry lemonade and it was really good too.
For the Main Course I ordered the Ribeye 12oz Steak with Ribs and for the side I ordered loaded mashed potatoes and green beans. I ordered a medium rare steak and when it came out half of the steak was RAW. A waitress helped me out and sent it back, they cooked it again and when it came out it was medium well and tasted to much like liquid smoke or charcoal. The ribs fell off the bone but were very dry in taste. The green beans tasted like canned beans with added bacon bits and liquid smoke. The loaded mashed potatoes had too much butter, too much sour cream and had no taste.
I was really looking forward to coming here for a long time. I was extremely dissatisfied and won’t be going back again. The only thing we ate from our entrée was the steak.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 just because the appetizers were good and the waitresses were nice.

Texas roadhouse upprd their game, probably one of the top steakhouses in the area. Consistent quality with friendly service these days.I always get the “you pick it” Steak from the display. Depending on the weight it can be a little bit more, but well worth it. Can be a bit noisy, but the food quality makes up for it.And if you call ahead, you can almost get seated right away.
