Prices were high for the amount of food we ordered. All the items we got were small portions so you may want to plan to order more if you have a good appetite.

In addition to small portions, all of us agreed every dish was salty.

At least we tried it, but won’t be back.

We came in for dinner in early January as a party of four and were seated immediately. We all had the lychee martinis which were really good. We all tried different items from pad see ew to curries to spring rolls. Everyone liked their dishes which came out surprisingly quick. The servers were prompt to refill water glasses. I got a spice level three, which was perfect. It’s just enough spice to make my nose run a little and need water lol. It’s not the best Thai food I’ve ever had, but it was still pretty solid.

One thing I didn’t like though, was that they can only run two different credit cards per table. If you’re dining out with more than two people & doing separate checks, you’re going to have to either pay cash or Venmo/PayPal a friend for your share.

We’re really disappointed with how this situation was handled.

We placed a phone order for pickup: two Pad Thai (shrimp and chicken) and chicken noodles. We clearly asked for the shrimp Pad Thai to be not spicy at all, since I’m a breastfeeding mom and cannot have spicy food. For the chicken Pad Thai, we requested a mild spicy level.

Unfortunately, the order was completely reversed — the shrimp Pad Thai was very spicy, and the chicken one had no spice at all.

When we called to let the restaurant know about the mistake, we were told we would need to drive back so they could verify that it was spicy. With traffic and our schedule, it’s not realistic to expect customers to make another trip because of an error that wasn’t theirs.

We understand that mistakes happen. However, customer service is about how those mistakes are resolved. We were hoping for a more accommodating solution.

Disappointing Experience – Won’t Be Returning

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I recently visited this Thai restaurant with high hopes, but unfortunately, it was a letdown from start to finish.

First, the service was incredibly poor. We waited an unreasonably long time just to place our order, and the staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional throughout. Our server barely checked on us, and it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers.

Then came the food — and that was even more disappointing. The flavors were bland and didn’t resemble the vibrant, authentic Thai cuisine I was expecting.

I tried to give the place the benefit of the doubt, but the overall lack of care in both service and food made it a frustrating and underwhelming experience. Sadly, I won’t be returning or recommending this spot to others.

Came in here and immediately seated. The food was ok, considering the price but then again it is in Bellevue area. The Tom Yum soup size was too small for the price in my opinion. We asked for the most spicy, it wasn’t spicy at all to us with any of the dishes. There was a company meeting on the second floor, got a bit rowdy but we didn’t mind it as much. Unsure if we’ll come back to this establishment. For a Thai restaurant in Bellevue right smack in the middle of downtown, it’s ok. However, we’d rather drive a bit further.

Pretty good taste for the food, although REALLY DISAPPOINTED service by the two staff upstairs. Turning back on us multiple times without even waiting for us to finish the sentence, inconsiderate with our toddler situation, not providing us itemized receipt (which already includes 18% service fee for group of 6 or more). Not pleasant experience even the food reconciled part of it. Not gonna re-visit.

I would recommend getting the crispy pork for an appetizer. The pork belly was fried to perfection. They were not oily at all but yet each pieces were crispy on the outside; moist and soft in the middle. The dipping sauce was sweet and tangy, it was perfect. For entree I ordered Panang Curry with chicken with spice level 4 out of 5. The curry was rich and creamy from the coconut milk. Spice level 4 was not too spicy at all. At least not for me. I love spicy food. I always compare to how it would taste back home in Thailand. And overall, I would recommend Thai Kitchen Bird Pepper if you want an authentic taste of Thailand. The staff were also very nice and attentive. You can’t go wrong here.

Decent food mediocre drinks good service.
Was looking forward to this place but was a little disappointed.
The cocktails were too sweet , the food was less spicy but good and the atmosphere was okay. Maybe we went at the wrong time.
All of us got different dishes ranging from pad thai , pineapple curry fried rice , drunken noodles and crab wontons.Ended with some fried ice cream dessert.
Everything was good but Nothing exceptional

Overall a decent thai place but nothing much to rave about.
Will go here if all the other places are busy.

The place and the service are great, and the food is amazing. I tried the Yellow Currie and the Hoy Chor, both were amazing. The perfect combination between spicy, salty and sweet. I definitely would come back to try different dishes. The service was also great, always attentive to bring more water or to answer any question about the menu. Would definitely come back.
