We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Super nice and minimalist place with plenty of space. The welcome was warm, and a special shout-out to the waiter (the new blond guy who’s been here for about a month now ; sorry, I forgot his name!). The service was perfect thanks to him!
The sandwich was delicious, though one serving of potatoes was a bit overcooked and dry. The pancakes were outstanding!
The refill coffee was too watered down for my taste.
The menu is varied and appealing, but I wish there were more hot or coffee-based drink options (no lattes, for example).
Still, it’s a great lunch spot, and the food is healthy at a really affordable price!

You never go wrong when you come to first watch. Their menu has options for everyone. I love that the menu is by seasons and they always have something new to try. Staff is always polite and helpful to the point that if you are a regular, they know your usual. A plus, if you have registered with them, you get a freebie for BOGO on your birthday.

Excellent choice for brunch and for a great walk by the lakes! The American pancake was Sooooo good! And that bacon strips with some syrup on top…. Mhhhhh… Yummy!!!

I expected a great breakfast and that’s what I got. The oatmeal was cooked just right and the amount of strawberries was surprising. The muffin was delicious. The service was friendly and fast. I highly recommend this place.

Every single time I go to a First Watch, and i’ve tried in several states, its always so sub par. It’s not bad, but always the worst breakfast ive had out at any restaurant. I just don’t understand how it’s such a popular place. The server was great, the potatoes were trash.

Randy did a great job assisting us for breakfast.
We had carrot cake pancakes and a delicious the works meat lovers style omelet with potatoes and whole grain toast.
The juices and coffee were also very good. The watermelon refresher was something special.

Forst tine dining in Tampa. Was a pleasurable experience. Menu is wide-ranging as usual for First Watch locations. Our server was extremely nice and on point. Food came out timely and hot. Had a little booger or something in our water so we passed on drinking. The food was great, though. Would definitely visit again when in town.
