The food is very good but please have the staff be more polite and they also don’t take 2 cards if you split with someone.
Atmosphere seems fine – place was pretty well attended. Perhaps my experience was an outlier?
The second Uber driver accepted the ride but, strangely, made no progress toward me for over 15 minutes. By then, the restaurant had already closed, but to my surprise, the owners came outside—not to usher us away, but to check on my well-being. They graciously offered to keep the restaurant open until my ride arrived. Even when I assured them that I would manage, they pressed a warm glass of water into my hands to stave off the cold.
Ten minutes later, as I continued to wait in the freezing air, the owners drove by and insisted I sit in their car, offering a warm refuge until my ride finally pulled up. Their kindness and genuine concern went far beyond what anyone would expect, especially after closing time.
In an era where true hospitality is rare, the compassion shown by the owners of Thai Kitchen left a lasting impression. Their actions were a moving reminder that customer care doesn’t end when the bill is paid. And as an added bonus, the food was absolutely fantastic—the whole experience a testament to both their culinary skill and their remarkable hearts.
The only thing I regret is not asking for their names. The next time I’m in town, I am definitely returning to Thai Kitchen—hoping for another great meal, but even more so looking forward to thanking them in a meaningful way
It was only 5:30 on a recent Saturday evening when I arrived at Thai Kitchen. To my surprise, while it’s albeit a small place, most of the tables were taken. I would not have expected the Saturday night crowds to gather until after 6:00, but between the good food and, especially, the attentive service, I understand why people don’t wait to dine here. I’ve had meals at places where one person was host, wait staff, and cook. At Thai Kitchen, I barely had to raise my eyes before the staff was on top of whatever I needed.
My only complaint is the unisex, one-at-a-time bathroom. The wait probably never gets too long in a place that probably has around 25 tables, but I don’t understand why no one thought to offer, for a start, separate facilities for women and men.
Will definitely be back to taste ir dishes.
